The place is an exclusive one which has tried to get the culture from all over India in this place span over a huge area! The best time to visit is as soon as it opens at 5.,as it gets too dark after that, & you might not have good experience! Itll take definitely an hour to roam the entire place, it houses different types of residences owned by different cultures of the country (Goa, Maharashtra, Punjab, Kerala, etc). There have also tried to replicate Vaishnodevi & Tirupati Balaji Shrine. There are magic shows, puppet show, things-to-do like camel ride, elephant ride (which I dont endorse), games like shooting, arrow & dart, exhibits..The entry per person is ₹800, which I found to be little expensive, & apart this only includes food. rest everything inside is chargeable! There are easy transports available. Hospitality is awesome. Food is awesome, ethnic & cultural. the Only thing not good about it is the proportion of food wastage! If in Jaipur, please visit this. It will take your entire evening, dine in here & get back to the hotel!v

Too much overhyped and heavely overpriced place , food (Buffet) quality is too much bad (All curries Vegetables are of same taste) and Buttermilk they serve was Soar.In short its just like a traditional village mela converted into a business plan just to earn money.

Nice place, nice buildings. One thing which we really liked about that place is that people/performers there are not allowed to ask for money, so they really wanna show people some traditional stuff. But I’ve been told (& you can see) that it’s getting more and more touristic than traditional.

We have visited Chokhi Dhani many times in Jaipur. It provides a good experience of the local food and culture. It typically takes entire evening to go through the place. Multiple options of local snacks, followed by lavish dinner, typical Rajasthani. Also has old traditional Indian games which one can enjoy in the place. If you are a tourist in Rajasthan, this place should be on your list of places to visit.

Amazing......First i have been exposed to such an experience.Whole place is designed and crafted keeping in mind the heritage, culture and history of Rajasthan.Apart from a really delicious dinner, which in itself is catered in a pretty unique way, this place has many other attractions.Do visit the place keeping some time in hand as it has to be enjoyed at a steady pace not in hurry.

Visit only if you are interested in Rajasthan culture. Cultural activities and Rajasthani food. But place is not well maintained. You have to pay around 10$ USD, 800 INR for basic entery pass per person. Which allows you to roam around in the Chokhi Dhani and have dinner (Rajasthani food only), you have to pay extra for multi cuisine dinner. Also extra payment for boat ride, animal ride, and other activities.Place needs lots of improvement. At the time of writing this review not worth spending 800 rupees.

This is good place to have a good quality time with family. This place exhibits traditional rajesthani culture. You can also do shopping in that place. Better to avoid this place in rainy season as it will open and may spoil your experience . Food is also traditional rajeshthanj that would be very heavy if you are not used to this food. There is Vaishno devi mata temple, gaushala, different religion sites also inside the campus itself.

Very popular tourist attraction point in Jaipur, specially foreigners and outside Rajasthani people. Localized person also go to chokhi dhani. This is a resort designed on village theme with main attraction of Rajasthani art and culture. The exterior is very good and once inside you feel traditional Rajasthani village. There is a bazar section where many shops sell cultural as well as daily use artifacts. Alot of fun and entertainment activities simultaneously run at a time. You can have camel and elephant rides, different rides for children, Rajasthani dances, street magician etc.Chokhi Dhani is also famous for its traditional Rajasthani food, though regular Punjabi food is also served here. They serve buffets as well as sitting on Chowki in local manners. The entry tickets are of three values and cover different food and food arrangements. For fun activities and other eatables in shops, you have to pay extra. Besides the main village , it has a resort for stay , where charges are at high end.Few years back, the entry ticket was of lesser value and the quality and service of staff was very good.At that time the courtesy of staff was excellent. But now you feel to enter a commercial venture, where staff is performing his routine duty. This may be due to increasing large crowd of tourists. The food quality has also detoriated to a large extent. Though there are notices not to pay Tips to staff, but they look towards you to expect extra personal bucks. The management must look towards these things. The people expect value for money, but now a days the tourist is not satisfied for his money.

One of the best place where you can see the traditions and culture of Rajasthan ina single place. It offers huge free parking here.Tickets you must buy in advance or you have to be in long queues while in peak hours.Tickets are sold online as well as people can get it offline from the counter or by scanning the qr code there. When a person enters they can see a sign board written Kalagram ,where its mentioned that he places you can see in Chokhi Dhani. Chokhi Dhani offers Authentic Rajasthani thali which one has to eat by sitting on the floor. They have beautiful arrangements for their guests and one needs to be on time the dinner starts. Besides seeing the village life of Rajasthan, their lifestyle and dances one can also ride on camels, elephants, horses, & bullocks carts and boat rides here. The famous Haldi Ghati battle has been portrayed here beautifully and information regarding the battle is written on rocks for those who dont know about it. One can enjoy Rajasthani folk dance and music here in the village. There are magic shows, dance shows ,games ,food stalls which can keep a person busy for hours. Both for childrens and elders its a must visit place.

I think Rajasthan is incomplete without its authentic food and traditions. Good concept and tried to build lt small version of rajasthan. All folk dance and song shows are their. I loved katputli show the most. Childrens enjoys the most. You can dance with them as well. Some games abd dishes are paid. All shows are free. Better you reach by 7 pm so you can explore in comfort and enjoy dinner as well. They have different food serving options. I suggest to go for traditional one sitting on floor. For that you will find que. Everywhere you will be prompted for tip. Its upto you, tip is not compulsory. Small suggestion for management, avoid food wastage. They serve you about 7 to 9 dishes. Many people wont able to finish. First serve in small quantities and we will demand whatever we need.

A must visit place for those who visit Rajasthan for a short duration. This resort showcases the art, culture, handicrafts, handloom and all the activities of the rural life of Rajasthan. The presentations are made not by pictures or statues but by life performance. One gets to see such things as potter making pottery, woman weaving cloth, blacksmith making iron tools, etc.One is offered beverages and refreshments. Camel and horse rides are available and so are children playing facilities. There are also singers singing folk songs, dancers dancing folk dances and musicians playing traditional musical instruments. The tour to this resort ends with a buffet dinner with unlimited servings. Here traditional Rajasthani food is served including the famous daal, bhati, churma combination. Served vegetarian dishes only.An entry fee of Rs 750 is charged per person but the experience it offers is really great and memorable.

One the best places in Jaipur for having a great family time. Spend a few hours enjoying the mouth watering delicacies served with a lot of love. Explore the cultural heritage of Rajasthan with a lot of folk dance, music, art while you keep on hogging a lot of local food. Finally the main course is served in a traditional way where you are made to sit down and food is served. The daal baati, served with crazy amount of desi ghee, the desserts are a must for any food lover. The mind wants more but the stomach gives up. This place can be visited multiple time with friends, office staff and ofcourse family. Birthdays too can be celebrated here. Has a capacity to accommodate 500 plus people at a time. The people, their approach and service all deserve a special mention. Loved this place. Very much different and better managed than the one in Pune.
