Good rooms with good service that includes all facilities. Staff is very supportive and fast response, but just bit improve food taste that will give you more food ratings. But overall I would say its good. Thank you so much!

When we have an early check-in facility we will have an obvious facility for early check-in and we reached the hotel at 8.30 AM but they take too much time and they give us a room at 10.30 AM. we are 4 persons and we have booked 2 rooms for 2 people. And we have talked for them to give us 2 rooms for 4 people and they have charged each person ₹500/day and when we show on Goibibo they will charge for the same you do not have to pay extra charges. Firstly they give us twin bedroom when we have talked with them before they do not agree to give us an upgraded room. When we have talked with Goibibo they are going to agree and give us a complimentary upgrade room. We have requested them for room cleaning and fill up for body wash the first day they didnt clean up our room and also not filled up body wash in the bathroom. They are looting the people. We had called for numerous numbers of wifi password they told us we will talk with our IT manager but they havent fixed the issue. And the place is also very noisy. And the receptionist 2 boys are one has bald in head and the second one is single body man very rude and ruthless. They have no sense to talk with customers. And they will excuse every time but not try to resolve the complaint. They will also not understand the situation that we have When the room service was cleaned up my T-shirt was stolen by the hotel. When I talked with them we have checked all the things this and that and they have not given me my T-shirt. I personally think if you are booking this hotel be careful with your luggage and your personal equipment they will steal your expensive items. In Goibibo you will get this is 4 star but it is 2 star hotel experience. Room size is also very small. In the same budget, you’ll get better hotels in Jaipur. Worst hotel and management.

One of the best places to stay in Jaipur. Near Railway station,metro, central bus stand (sindhi camp) (all at walking distance). Well maintained, clean toilets & toiletries, locker to keep valuables, tea kit with electric kettle in room, good room service. What more you expect. Loved it. Will prefer it again if I get a similar deal on my next visit to Jaipur. 👍

Nice hotel to stay in . Usually a room will cost you anything around 1500-2500 including breakfast. There is a adda ( restaurant) on the top floor. Hotel is just 9 minutes away from City Palace and it will take approximately 25 minutes to reach Amber palace. Valet parking is available 24 × 7.

I had a really amazing stay at Hotel Nirwana. I reached Jaipur at 8 am in the morning and I was apprehensive about the check-in process but fortunately the receptionist didnt even utter a word. Housekeeping is one call away. Staff is cooperative. Hotel was clean. Washroom was clean.Best part of the room was washroom.Hotels location is perfect. There is no too much noise outside the hotel. Parking space is available. Food is very expensive. The rooms are not that much soundproof so you would hear some noise from adjacent rooms.All and all its a gread deal.I would recommend everyone.

Its location is also very good near to Jaipur Railway station. Bus Service also very close. Local Transport also available including Ola and Uber. Overall average Worst part is that room door locks are defective, but ni one is bothered, you always need to go back from your door to reception, request someone to open the door.. And the staff says sir, we already request management to replace these locks but no one listens

I conducted a Training program here and it was an awesome experience. The banquet is quite spacious and lunch arrangements met everyones expectations. One attendent was always available in the hall for assistance. I highly recommend this hotel not only because of the ambiance but also because of the high quality of service. Food taste is just mouth watering. One more advantage of this place is that it is almost at the center point of city. It is close to very close to Railway Station and Bus Station.
