Twice it has happened we were not informed that doctor is not available and we were charged for the consultation. Reception should check for doctors availability then only charge. One time we went through complete consultation and realized much later that its a different doctor than for whom we were waiting! This is definitely not right and ethical on part of such a big hospital.

You pay for best and they treat you like waste. If you do not have any known their, going there is really not good idea. I gone at 7.30 and got admitted at 9.45am for Angiography and its got started at 5 pm . For a mistake which they done in name I have to go again in queues and it took around 1 hour to change a word in name.Except bill department everything sucks.My experience was really pathetic.

Worst experience 😪, will not suggest for health package , Management is not good , medical staff who do test they are ok , no priority for Doctors visit nor test. U have to wait with General regular patients for test , website show prices 4000 /- , they charged 5000 , changed prices over night, even the lady who gave appointment told 4000 but on counter they had put black marker on old rates and put new increased prices.Not a good experience, took almost 8 hrs to complete this , very tiring.

Before you come here, these people are Devils, mainly their nursing staff. Thuu on their nursing staff.Today on 3 September 2021, my mother went for engiography, her reports came normal but forcefully nurses admitted her to ICU without asking DR., while Dr said her reports were absolutely normal. She told nurses that she had to catch bus but they said its not allowed.

Horrible experience with the hospital emergency department . We took our 5 year old child in the early hours in the morning as she was having a bad cough and throat pain . We were attended to and she became stable , but to my surprise the paediatrician even without examining her once told the on call doctors to admit her and then they will see her ( we waited for 3 hours . There was no SR to come and see her even from the Paediatric department . Luckily we were in touch with our paediatrician ( we were in Jaipur for a holiday from Delhi ) who told us that there is no need to admit but start all medications immediately and come back home when she becomes stable .Once we told the emergency department Dr that we wish to leave immediately a Paediatrician came and examined our daughter and told us again that its ok you want to leave but get her tests done ( CBC , CKP, ESR , Chest Xray ) and then get her admitted at our home town and sign a refusal to admission form .Im deeply upset as being Doctors ourself we were treated like this i can only imagine the plight of a layman . The hospital and doctors was only interested in generating an admission from the emergency department and not caring for the patient or the correct diagnosis .My request to the Hospital and the Doctors is to treat patients with empathy and not some money making objects .

Made my grandmothers case worse overnight. After my grandmothers Surgery, she recovered and was perfectly fine. She was about to be discharged In a day.. they just kept her under observation for 2 days. We met my grandmother at 10PM and she was in her senses, speaking properly and even had her food. Suddenly at morning 4AM we got a call from hospital saying that my grandmother has gone Into comma. There has to be some reason for this sudden shock. We lost my grandmother few days after she went to comma but still do not know the reason what happened between 10-4

Dr.Soral, Poonam mam (orthopedic coordinator), and Sunny (from TPA) are the finest gems of EHCC who took care of me as their family member during my ACL surgery. From starting till the end, Poonam mam coordinated everything to make sure surgery happens smoothly and she was always there with her strong support. I had many hiccups in insurance claim but Sunny (from TPA) took care of everything proactively on his own and handled all the communications dedicatedly. I am more than happy to have my treatment done at EHCC and thanks to Dr.Soral and his team, I am recovering to get back on my feet strongly!

Visited EHCCs radiology department for an HRCTC test. The administration is very cooperative and helpful especially Mrs. Ruchi Singhal, who made sure all the tests were done ASAP without us waiting for long. EHCC has been my familys primary hospital for years, and her behaviour and way of talking has been always very polite and excellent throughout.

The services of the hospital are not at all responsible. Diet to patient is served without consulting prescription by doc. Dietician does not bother to visit patient even after raising the concern. Such a unresponsible attitude.Please try to see alternative Hospital. They dont care if patient has have food or not.Pathetic pathetic pathetic

Very bad experience. Its a private hospital with a staff that behaves like government staff.The receptionist behaviour was very bad. They lack professionalism. If I have to tolerate rude behaviour of hospital staff then I would go to a government hospital. Why will I pay Rs. 1,000 to be misbehaved? The booking receptionist Ms. Rekha Sharma went a step further after misbehaving. She said go ahead and lodge complaint against me. Probably they are paid incentives for misbehaving with patients. The waiting time was also exceptionally high. I waited for 1.5 hours till the doctor came from the round. The attendants and the assistants behave like government hospital ward boys. They dont have any idea as to when the doctor will come and see the patients. There is no queueing of patient files and you have to struggle through and quarrel with other patients to consult the doctor. Very bad experience. You get the same government hospital feeling that no body is going to take care of you and you are on your own that too after paying hefty fees.

Hospital out of your imagination in Rajasthan. First time i visited it for my cardiac problem and found that it is not expensive as it looks. If you see the facilities it provides, it is much more cheaper as compared to other hospitals where you find that for every investigation you have to go to the payment counter which becomes quite tiring and complicated. Like, for angiography 10,000, for blood test another 1000, for echocardiogram 2000, for a room 3000 and it keeps on going like this. While here in EH, you need to pay just 14000 that includes your and your attendent all three meals.Doctors are so cooperative and peramedics are so alert which is hard to find in any other, so called BRANDED hospitals. You feel as if you are not in Indian hospital. I have traveled a lot in other countries too and visited hospitals also. EHCC follow the same protocol.Thank you Dr Khush Kumar Bhagat and Nitesh Sir

Definitely a good hospital. Excellent facilities, good and caring staff members but there are some restrictions imposed if you are visiting a patient(thats a good thing too but many people dont like it).

Highly recommend Dr. KK Sharma for pulmonology, however, would never recommend EHCC hospital. They charge over the top prices for tests, rooms and treatments as if it’s not a hospital but a 5-star hotel. Even the nursing staff and doctors are not supplied with basic consumables( e.g. face masks) and it’s billed on patient’s behalf on a daily basis. This hospital is LOOTING public and will completely drain out your pockets especially if you are admitted there.

Extremely poor service. I had a minor operation done in hospital. There is no communication whatsoever between the staff and the doctors. The doctors make you wait for 3 hours or so even after taking appointments. The nursing staff is underqualified and dont know how to follow the instructions of doctors. If you are planning on having major procedures, I would recommend you avoid this hospital. The canteen is mismanaged and delivered food 2 times to another room.There are some good things as well: The cleanliness and procedures were efficient. Rest, everything was extremely disappointing from a premier hospital of Jaipur.

One of our family member was operated here.The hospital is huge, located near Radisson blu, malviya nagar, Jaipur.The deluxe room was clean enough.But the staff is untrained, they injected the patient and it made the patient unconscious and we had to admit the patient to mini ICU.Other than this, the canteen is average.Food which they provide in rooms was poor and unhygienic even after complaining they repeated it again.Although operation was successful but after that for next 4-5 days it was pathetic to stay there.

On 15 th my mother Mrs Krishna Rathore suffered a severe chest pain and we brought her to EHCC Jaipur on same day from Bikaner I am grateful to Dr Ravinder Singh Rao sir, Dr. govind Sharma sir and his team who did my mothers treatment with constant caring and full support. All the services of this hospital are top notch . The whole staff here is very friendly caring and attentive. Extremely poor service . They work for money . Extremely sad experiences. They operated and removed skull bone of my 93 years old grandmother for money in the name of brain hammeorage surgery where doctor told no hope a day before. Just for money they operated on my grandmother . Such a sad and painful end of my grandmother who died 2 days after surgery.Another such a pathetic service experience I got is when my mother was nearly collapsing and oxygen went 75 in covid , they didnt even provide oxygen at time where there were no surge. 1 month back. I took my mother to ruhs where she got life saving oxygen . Such a shame such hospitals in city who cant even provide primary life saving support for ultra critical patients.Pathetic service

DO CHECK THE SUMMARY OF ITEMS USED BEFORE PAYING THE BILL. Sir/madam,My mother (Mrs. Santosh Sabu) was admitted here in EHCC, jawahar circle, on 29/April/2021. She had a post covid respiratory failur syndrome and was sent by Dr. KK sharma. She was treated and taken care really well. I have been here before for my treatment too and so we always prefer this hospital for any ailment. As I was paying my dues, I realized that I have been charged for some items which were not used by the patient or the staff. ᴍᴀɪɴʟʏ ᴡᴀs ᴛʜᴇ ᴘᴘᴇ ᴋɪᴛ sᴇᴛ, ᴍᴀsᴋs, ɢʟᴏᴠᴇs ᴇᴛᴄ. We were here around 8 pm and got admitted to the hospital immediately, where we didnt saw any person wearing those kits and attending us. Even then we were charged a sum of 2000-2500/ (approx) for the same. I am not asking for any other stuff but this was not acceptable to me to pay for the same. After lots of discussion with Dr. Khem Singh (very helpful and humble, on-duty doctor on the 3rd floor), only the price of one PPE kit was waived off. ALSO, there was a glucose test that was charged twice, for which when I enquired, they reversed the amount.I am disappointed with the billing patterns and charges I was asked to pay for. Its not about how much You charge but at least pay your loyalty for the amount you charge and attention towards the same. If I had not gone thru the summary I would have paid for even all that things that were not used by the staff or the patient. Also, to top it all when you try to resolve the issue with accounts staff, they behave horribly.I think in these tough times when everyone is facing a financial and mental crisis, these little things should be taken care of by the hospital rather than charging for every little thing(ppe kits n all) from every single patient.Shikha sabu rathore(Daughter)

Worst experience ever..This hospital stands only for making money, its like they are running a business, Doctors instead of taking care of there patients they just make money and time pass here in this hospital. They take oaths at least they should value that, but here there is no humanity and none of the facilities in this hospital is good.They just make money and they just make the conditions of patients even worse than it was.People should think before admitting their family members here.

My mom was admitted due to covid. We arranged her medicines ourselves.But when we got the bill, hospital charged us for all medicines that we bought ourselves. On arguing multiple times they said that you need to pay for one dose at least. So they knew that they didnt bought them but still wanted us to pay for one dose.My mother was shifted to a different room which was an ordinary room and it was a cheaper room but at the time of billing they billed for executive rooms.Apart from billing even the service is pathetic, they dont even give proper diet to patients.Surely we will never consider EHCC for any hospitalisations in future.

My father had Heart bypass surgery from EHCC on 7th August, 2015. The surgery was done by Dr. Ajeet Bana, and he is absolutely amazing surgeon and explained each and every thing to my family beforehand the surgery so that the family and the patient do not panic. The nurses, Dr. Ajeet Bana and his team did a wonderful work.Then after the surgery since 2015 my father is visiting Dr. Sanjeev K. Sharma and he is absolutely stunning doctor. And for the first time in these covid times I attended virtual meeting with doctor. Dr. Sanjeev K. Sharma, Mr. Vikrant and team is very cooperative and made the virtual consultation so easy and wonderful.

My father was hospitalized in ehcc and he had undergone heart surgery. Once he was discharged we approached insurance company for reimbursement of expenses incurred by us. Insurance company raised 2-3 queries and Mr. Arjun Singh from TPA department had gone out of his way to help us in addressing the queries of insurance company. He showed lot of commitment and helped us. He also followed up with me whether the query raised by insurance company was resolved or not. Really appreciate the efforts and commitment showed by him. Happy to share this wonderful experience with ehcc and a very supportive and helpful staff.
