For Asus: Worst service ever, impolite staff.I called them before going and explained everything, the guy told me to come with a copy of the invoice for the product. When I reached there, I had to wait for 2 hours just to hear that we dont provide service for keyboards/accessories that were purchased from Amazon/Flipkart, so they told me to contact Amazon.I reached out to Amazon customer support, they told me to ask Asus for a denial letter that they cant replace/provide me any sort of service.I called Asus and told them to provide me a denial letter, he said its not in our system, do whatever you want to do.I called National consumer helpline, they filed a complaint against Asus and told me to wait for 10 days.

Very bad experience. Visited for BOAT service, there was a long queue and even you cant say that when will your chance come. According to the costumer count less number of counters. After 2 hours waiting I had to came back without any solution.

My Asus TUF Gaming F15 was not turning on. The official in charge of Asus was very well mannered. Talked to me about the problem and made me aware of all the conditions properly. I have given the laptop for now. Will be updating the review soon.

If your boat headphones not damaged and not working you should visit, 99% chances you will get instant replacement or if your product replacement not available with them, they prepare a job sheet and deposit your Boat product and raised the replacement with the boat company and you will get the new product at your given address.

Every time call them for any information....they just handle the phone to another person...and they dont even listen to you query...and suddenly cut your call ..haad hai bc....the fun fact is this is the verified service centre by acer....what a joke.🤬🤬

I gave m acer preadot helios 300 there they just left my laptop unscrewed it make much louder noice then before. my 2 keys are not working properly after reapair and just to cahnge the ram they took 5 days horrible they are not responsive dont ever go there worst

Apples service is really really bad, my iPad shut down while updating due to currupted file , and now they are saying me to give 26k to replace a old ipad(not installing software again but to replace) very shameful. If they cant even install their own OS.NEVER GONNA BUY APPLE PRODUCTS FROM NOW ON!!!

Visited today , they hv apple & Asus center at one place. i skipped my office & travelled so far to reach them..from one corner of the city to other...Regret They do not have any trained engineer who can correct your phone? they simply tell you to go to some trained engineer outside who cud check and save data.. which they cant because they do not hv such engineer at the moment.!! My question... Why they cant...? Why do you go to authorise service center ..To get the right services..!!!If one has to get this done out side then there are several repair people out there close to our places.. why aur we go to your authorised service center.!!! Also then what is the fun Apple or Asus having this center guys. You waste peoples time and money on commuting. Appology but m Disappointed!!!!Giving 2 stars only as a curtsy.

I had to wait sometime bit as soon as my number was up the service personnel helped me with no complications at all. I just had to state the problem and the solution was available.

Good Service Provided by Service Centre however Response department is slow.Avg wait time is Around 20-30 minutes.

They do not behave according to the frustrated customer. They just want to increase your bill anyhow. I tried with my two problem, one is known and one is unknown, and even they know that the cost of repairing the thing is nearly 1000. but they want to change the whole part. which is cost to 20000+, because this is the lock down time, and they have to increase the sale. but they should consider the customer side also.

I went to have my Asus laptop fixed (issue in the motherboard), they asked us to enquire the status of repair by scanning the QR code on the receipt. After 10 days the status of repair was fixed. We went to the store and found out that to our disappointment, they hadnt fixed a thing in 10 days as the motherboard (costing 24,000 rupees) has to be replaced. My question is that why did they make us wait for ten days just to tell us that we just replace and not repair.

Boat, asus products related guarantee you can claim here. You have to take token first for each product you want to return under guarantee. Timing was from 10-3pm when j visited after lockdown unlock in 1st week.

I wanted to replace my broken laptop screen, so rather than getting it replaced from market i went to the store though my laptop is out of warranty but i didnt wanted to buy any fake display so they took my laptop told me that there were two screws missing and there was a slight crack on front panel thats all and they took told me that i have to 3300 for display and 800/-rs for service so i asked will my laptop be serviced like will they replace the thermal paste and all that so here is the answer they gave meagar aapke laptop m kuch problem aati h service k time pr toh woh humari responsibility nahi h which means if there is any problem while servicing the laptop they are not responsibleso now im confused are they warning me or threatening to not opt the servicing but they will charge me 800 either way so i said just replace the screen and im good to go they said it will take atleast 3hours which to just replace the screen which is merely 15minutes task i requested if they can give to me before that , the answer was NO because they have to perform certain tests before giving it back to me why are they performing tests if there was no service done so i just said okay whatever take your time and give it back to me after 3hour they called me in and said that there seems problem with my keyboard and i did not had any issues with my keyboard it was just my screen that broke and also they said that dont know how to boot up the device ASUS authorized service center and well experienced technicians saying that they dont know how to boot up the device i said fine just give my laptop you have installed new its working fine just give my laptop and i will pay the remaining which was 4800/-rs answer was NO they cant give it back because its not the policy i was angry and confused i said just please let me talk to technician so they called him i just asked him simply that did they open the whole laptop or just the screen he was not able to give a satisfactory answer for that either it was a simple question i did not wanted to waste more time there they said that if i write that iam responsible for anything if it doesnt work and sign under that so they will give my laptop back to me i said fine i will do that. I brought my laptop back and opened it first thing i see is that the keyboard ribbon(cable) is detached from the board i was so much frustrated that what kind of service it is. Unprofessional & unorganized.

Not at all good. If your product is not under warranty and you are having problems in it, the solution they will say is that your motherboard is broken and replace it. I went there two times with different products and thats what they said. Later I got them fixed in a different shop at a much cheaper cost.

Make sure you have enough time to wait there .. single CCE for 1 company..

My iphone 7 plus is rebooting again and again contimously. So, Im in the city to travel. So, I told them the problem they said we have to upgrade your software. I just handed over my phone and go to see near by place(Albert Hall Museum).After 1 hour they called me on other phone and said come and take your phone the issue is solved but when I go there they just gave me dead phone and offered me 35 k if I exchange with a brand new iphone.I dont know what they did with my Iphone.

Plz dont go there if you want professional service to some where else They are not professional , they took some boys from raysar plaza to repair asus laptop , my asus vivobook s15 screen was broken they charge me 7k and 3 times they put wrong screen , every time they changed and finaly they said its not screen problem , i m not satisfied with screen the flicring and spreading lights feom the corner , i feel out side computer shop is better then this service center they realy dont know how to fit the screen on laptop. They are not helpful to solve ur overall problems.

Dont visit the place if your laptop is out of warranty, these guys will just rip you off in prices. There are far better places to get your mac/iphone repaired in vicinity at much lower prices.

Worst acer service center. I would recommend going to other service center instead of this one. They just know how to manipulate there customer. Its been 14 days when i submitted my laptop for service and it had only its fan damaged and these guys Havent even updated me with cost for repair.

It is the only Asus service center for smartphones in the city staff is very responsive and helpful.Offers various deals on repairing and replacement.Located in the few miles of public transport stations.The place was very comfortable and beautiful.U will never regret visiting this place.

The service centre is good, staffs herr are very friendly and understanding.The engineer takes so much time to check the device, which also applies to the software update or downgrade. I mean they ask you to wait 1:30 hours just for software update and downgrade.Apart from that the place is easily reachable and can be found easily.Be aware of lifts.. cuz they dont function on certain floors.. like i used one lift for floor no. 5 and the lift stopped at no. 3 then went to -2.. when i asked a guard, he told me that the lifts does not work for certain floors.

Very poor management of customers. Sitting there for over 20 minutes for my turn but other people coming in and entering directly. The helper who was coordinating the client didnt wear a mask and didnt stop the entry in between. Seeing this i went away without taking any service. Highly disappointed.

Very poor service. Long waiting time. There is only one person to handle all the customers. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I faced a major problem at this office, because I was not carrying the job sheet when I went to collect my phone. Even though I had the receipt with me, they denied to return my phone back. No information was provided about the importance of job sheet to get your device back. No arrangement of drinking water or washroom for customers. Please dont allow them to take you for a ride in the name of customer service. Be strict with the staff and know your rights.

They have zero regard for the customers time or comfort, the staff has no idea how to work in an organized manner and if they tell you its gonna take 3-5 working days to get sth done, multiply it with 10 and thats the real number of days itll actually take. And when you do get there Youll be told the solution was the same thing that couldve been done on the first day!! Avoid the place at all costs!

Worst experience ever. Highly unprofessional staff. They dont know how to even behave. They were determined to find ways in which they could declare my warranty as void. I went to them for my Laptop repair as it was in extended warranty from croma store. Their staff could not even judge the problem and told me that the motherboard has to be changed. After this they declared my warranty as void. I got my laptop fixed from market for Rs. 1000, without having the motherboard changed.The store manager and the lady receptionist were extremely rude as if I was there for committing some crime.
