Birla Auditorium can be visited to have a glance of various exhibitions and events. Planetarium in the premises show cases the shows based on the scientific knowledge both in hindi and english.I got to see an event on Constitution day. There was a lot of information regarding rights and duties were provided in a simple way.Always check if any exhibitions are happening there. Mostly related to various State handlooms.Ample parking and facilities are available.

Birla Auditorium is a science and technology centre name after B.M. Birla. It is build at the corner of the cirlce which is very nicely to see. It covers a very large area and proper maintenance should be there as when we see. It is mainly build so that whole universe can be explored by simply sitting inside a round doom inside the planetarium, where projectors with audio visuals give you a deep insight into each and every functioning of planets and all this is done into space observatory room that can been seen daily at 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Other than that it has a very large auditorium with capacity of around 1350 people at a time and also its name came after one of the largest auditorium in India with this much capacity of people at a time. Many national concerts, international talk, different kinds of theme based acts and performance,cultural dance, various type of events and much many more was done here. Comfortable seats and full range of speaker are there for better audience connectivity. It is recommended for all of you to visit at least once here specially tourist for better experience.

I have been there approx 3 times and each time the experience was better than previous one.Spacious,air conditioned,well maintained and obviously the garden outside.

I visited the Birla Planetarium with my family. It is the part of the Birla Institute of Scientic Research, situated at statue circle. Parking is available in the campus on chargeable basis. There is a cafeteria also in the campus. There are different show time for hindi and english shows. show timings are displayed on their website also. Duration of the show is 45 minutes. Planetarium is closed on Monday. Show was really good and informative. It is a nice place to be there specially for children. Recommended to visiIts a great place to hold conventions in Jaipur. Though of late has been supplanted by a new convention centre in the outskirts of the city still the central location of the place makes it ideal to hold the conferences without any hassles. There are 5 halls of variable sizes and enough space both inside and outside to have exhibitions too. Best part is the location. Right at the statue circle, means no dearth of public transport and one is close to all that is famous here.was there with my colleagues for a vacation.. It was quite fascinating and different experience to be there. You will love the interior carving and structure. The best way to enjoy is to take a look

Birla Planetarium in Jaipur is one of the main attractions in the itinerary of travellers. The Planetarium was inaugurated on 2nd July 1963. Prior to that, Birla planetarium was functioning only as an educational, scientific and research body. Today the planetarium is an important landmark within the city, which offers some very interesting facts related to technology and science. Very nice place for Kids for knowing Solar system.
