But that’s also okay - what’s worst is the experience.I made reservations for eight people and a small birthday decoration for which they reduced the price too at the call and that’s good. But what’s even worst is that they don’t have the capacity to cater 8 people in the decorated area!We sat there for like five minutes and then asked to shift to the other table for dinner!Later many other families were enjoying our decorated spot taking pictures and we were charged for it.The new table was so compact already and had the A/C leakage just above our head!Service was so slow & they were pushing to order fast.We were unhappy and went to the manager to negotiate our unfair decoration charges but he explicitly refused and didn’t even discounted a single penny.A great place to hoard money & spoil experiences. They could have just told us on the call that they don’t have the capacity for 8 people & we would have switched to a better place. Their so called robot is annoying but nothing.I wouldn’t have written this review if they could have handled our situation well.

Dont bother ordering a milkshake based on the other pictures you see on the reviews. I ordered a strawberry milkshake. I dont know what I got but it wasnt like the strawberry milkshake pictured in the reviews. I asked the manager about it and he said the only difference was that it was missing whipped cream and that I should have asked for it. Really? Nowhere on the menu did it mention that you had to dress up your own milkshake using your imagination since the menu literally says strawberry milkshake and the price and thats it. I made a bad assumption on my part in believing the reviews here. You can see the attached photo and judge for yourself if it looks anything like the other milkshakes in the Google reviews.

Happened to visit the Yellow House located at Silver Square Mall. The restaurant has a direct entrance and one doesnt need to enter the mall for it. The place is well known as the Robot restaurant as there is a life size robot which serves the dishes at your table. Truly a multi cuisine restaurant as one can order Indian, Mexican, Chinese or Italian food. The place is ideal to hold private parties or birthday events as well. The food portions are good and sufficient. Service is prompt. Ambience is bright, colorful and has an energetic vibe.Talking about what all we tried at this restaurant - first ordered the Tomatino soup - thick creamy broth. Next we ordered Kung-fu Bhel which is Yellow Houses version of Chinese Bhel. Bhel was nice and crisp, didnt get soggy which is great. And not too spicy as well. Do try. After that was a chefs special - Masala Garlic Bun, star for me at the Yellow House. It is a nice fusion of burger and pizza with burger buns and stuffing of capsicum, cheese and onions. Dont miss this at all.To go with all this food, we tried the Beated Betel which is Paan Milk shake. Super thick, and loaded with cream on top. Very well presented drink, definitely must try for Paan lovers. Moving to mains, we called for Penner and Spaghetti Arrabiata Sauce Pasta along with Cheesy Garlic Bread.All in all a good experience. Its not the first time that I saw a robot serving us on the table, but definitely the one used here at The Yellow House is far better than ones that I have seen. Doesnt need too much assistance from servers within the restaurant. Robot has 2 trays and meticulously goes around the tables to serve and comes back to its original place to serve the next order.

The experience was so bad. The test of food is too worst. I will ask people do not visit this place. Not an good restaurant. We ordered stuff paratha, sizzler and Tacos. Paratha was burned: sizzler was cold and test-less. Tacos , beans was test less and cabbage smelly. We asked manager to change it so he replied its best Mexican we serve you. Ordered rajasthani thali, expecting authentic rajasthani food. I got 5 dishes, 3 in same gravy and dal fry and raita. In desert they served brownie with chocolate, not at all rajasthani.Robot is an attraction for kids, its a basic serving robot which hold food on tray and can go to respective tables.I have been here two years back as well, even then i was disappointed in food. Dont know why it is rated so high.

Paan, Gulab and Chocolate shake is definitely worth a try. We loved the KungFu Bhel, different kind of pastas and pizza. The portion size is good for few servings. In the main course we tried Rajasthani Dal and Paneer Lababdar and both tasted delicious with the roti basket varieties.Loved the overall experience, specially the food being served by Ruby the Robot.

As shown in the pictures of the shakes here doesnt match ..They even dont look after their customers....Very bad behavior of their staff.... No response at all after...there was no cutlery at all.. ..and such a pathetic customer service😡😡😡😡.... Even they didnt serve the dishes as well... For food Presentation they will be given 0 ratings... And also manager is non responsive all the time...Such a bad experience I had..Though food is tasty but they thats why I give two star rating otherwise they even dont deserve one star ratingPoor management and service.Dont go there for if youre a true foodie😡😡
