1.Good building, open transparent polygon office counters with dealing persons name, good waiting chairs, healthy air space, no crowdy atmosphere, only RTO related notices; no commercial business stickers/banners, good direction indicaters in building, so 5 star rating.2. Huge open campus with boundary walls and very good parking area for 2 and 4 wheelers so 5 star rating.3. Poor punctuality, in polygon office only 2 counters were operational at 12 noon out more than 6 counters. So 2 star rating.4. Free and good parking so 5 star rating.5. Outside the complex traffic problems due to parking of vehicles in RTO agents shops so 2 star rating.(N.C.Das) MP 20 CG 2274

Not a Very Pleasant experience here had to go back and forth to this place for my Documents and Duplicate RC most of the counter workers wont help you but this one person here Lohia sir he helped me a Lot in getting things done at easeHes a Gem of a Personality

RTO:- The Regional Transport Office is hardly 1.5km from Vijay Nagar area of Jabalpur and 3.5km from main heart of the city. It is a very good official building with spacious area large enough to accommodate the crowd without any disturbance to the local traffic however.

Be Aware of the Crowd in Afternoon Timings, Try for Morning 10:30-11 Am
