Food was ok, late servicing .Overall experience and ambience is not that great..They are not maintaining any Covid protocols.

Best restaurant in Jabalpur. I am from Delhi and staying here for my work from home and did not like any restaurant here. This is something I liked a lot. Its food tastes great. Mutton gosh biryani and lasagna impressed me a lot. This is the second time I liked lasagna after Radisson 😋

We went to jabalpur for 2 days and stayed in narmada Jackson.. the hotel and the staff is worth praising for.. Absolutely polite and co operative staff..Right from housekeeping to Room service..Not only this, we were surprised to see the hospitality as we were leaving for airport, the food was packed in such homely manner with utmost hygiene and love...

Food is delicious. Proper safety & hygiene protocols are followed by the staff. Overall ambience is nice.

This is a very cheap hotel and the manager here is a very arrogant man who does not even know how to talk and the hotel staff is also the same. And if you are a vegetarian, never go to this hotel, almost 90% of the dishes here are non-vegetarian. The manager here talks to you as if he is doing you a favor like you have gone to ask him for free food, he is a very Cheep man

Hotel is good and also service but Fooding is not as per expectation. Most of food either were tasteless or nothing special. Infact chef special food were also not as per expectation.

A great place to stay located near the cantt part of the city. The hotel is very professional in its services and makes sure you hv a great stay. The restaurant food is good and rooms well affordable according to the services. Also they have a gymnasium, swimming pool and a massage center too!. In short the stay was really pleasant.

Not COVID ready! There is a desk at entrance to check temperature and to sanitize hands, but there is no one at desk to do so. One of the banquet waiters was coughing and sneezing. Further, parking has always been an issue. Hate to see good old heritage brand of Jabalpur mismanaged!!

This is one of the famous hotel of Jabalpur. Its located in civil lines near railway station. This is a five star hotel. You can easily find this hotel, although its a five star hotel but there are many things they need to improve. The parking its very small and almost every time you will find it jam packed. The service here is good and fast staff is well trined. Ambiance is okay they need some improvement. The food here is okay they need to improve the taste of food. If you are staying in the hotel so I suggest you to eat in the asanzo which is a self service restaurant located inside the campus of hotel. Rooms are well maintained and clean.overall they need to work on their service and quality of food.

The staff is good , their dinner biggest is sumptuous. They have a in house /adjoining Kerala massage as well which is ok , which will help your body have the medicinal touches and oil required but not the real stretching relaxation /muscle therapy required. The perzon is very experienced and nice though.

Loved this place. Its a huge and royal hotel. Good parking space. Staff service is great. Food is delicious. The elevators have some issues. Overall its good.

Nice hotel. Ambience is quite chic. Apart from few foreigners, rest of guests are mostly Indians. Hotel has pool, gym, resturant which is outside. Means in the compound, you have to go out of the main building entrance to go to the restaurant. Bar is above the restaurant. Parking is in the open along the hotel approach inside main gate. Small lifts are there. There are two wings of the building, new and old. Room size was medium and bathroom, especially the bathing area was ultra compact. Never seen such a small area for bath, if hotel vies for 4 star level. Food at the Resturant is too heavy with oil. You cant have all meals for more than two days in a row, probably. All this makes it, a 3 star hotel. Location is quite good.

Having been to multiple star hotels, I strongly feel that it has most desirable tastes to all its cuisines. Enjoyed two nights of their dinner buffet spread, of which, being Non-veg. Mutton Khada Masala was the best, pineapple cream salad was par excellent but sadly next day it was missing. That is ok for a change. Pasta lovers must try here, specially with white and red sauces combined. Second in dessert section pina cotta was delicious, could accommodate only three 😅I just can’t recommend it more. However, on the second day I felt a bit of negligence from waiters. Hope management improves it. 👍🏻

I went to Jabalpur with my 84 years old mother to meet our old neighbours and family friends. I stayed at Narbada Jacksons Hotel from March 23-26, 2019. The staff especially the front Managers Mr. Piyush and Mr. Sanjiv took a great care of us. The room 103 was spacious, clean, quite and close to breakfast area. Room service was quick and efficient. All the other staff members were extremely courteous and helpful in fulfilling our needs.Pick up and Drop off from the railway station was smooth. My mother and myself enjoyed the ambiance.The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and had a varied and healthy choices.Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our stay a memorable one.Navtej Duggal(Greater Toronto Area)

Narmada jacksons is amazing property in Jabalpur. Its a 5 star hotel, which offers you lovely food and good accommodation at much economic rates then 5stars in other cities. There staff is very humble and really cooperating. Restaurant serves delicious food and there complimentary breakfast also is worth eating. Room service is nice. Rooms are spacious and have almost all basic requirements. Only issue i faced was with washrooms. Washrooms are good but they are little small in comparison to other 5 stars and there lights are very low and dim, which doesnt gives good feeling in washrooms. And yes laundry rates are little higher then what i thought. But if you are in Jabalpur you can definitely try this place. You wont be disappointed.
