Probably the worst service I found in the city. Staff very non-cooperative and careless. Counter staff is just there to collect the money, they just dont understand the concern of a patient and dont pay heed to even small requests like sending reports over mail even if you keep on requesting them over phone. Staff doesnt even bother to listen the complaint and ask to talk to the owner directly on the given number. Very very unprofessional and lackluster service despite charging hefty amount from patients. If it were in my hands I would have given them ZERO star

Not even worth one star.Firstly,zero hygiene is maintained.Staff is sooooo ignorant,they dont respond or even pick up call.They kept saying that your report will be available in 24 hour..48hour..and so on..Delayed it by 3 days.Better find another lab,rather than going to this pathetic place.Not worth at all

Worst pathology service in town. Covid RT PCR test result is advertised to be available in 48 hours but when you actually get tested they will provide result after 4-5 days of testing. Its better to get tested at govt. facility than here.Not recommended at all.

Please dont visit this lab for your own sake, this place is completely below standards for SRL and any lab otherwise. The people are not trained and could not take out blood in 3 attempts. Besides that it is unhygienic and filthy. Sample collection is in front of a common bash basin in the open where people are roaming without mask.Avoid this place at all costs.

Very careless, the place where blood test going on is always full of people and they gets pushed while drawing blood, as a result patient gets affected. They should not allow anyone apart from patient in that space.
