The transport service was really good and I got my product in perfect condition. It didn’t do a drop off exactly to my address so I had to walk till the transport vehicle but other than that, it was great service.

I booked Royal packers and movers from Morena to Jalgaon, on exact day they call us for one day delay for pick up of my luggage, due to this my plan become completely disturb. Packing was soo gud but they only sent 2 workers for packing thats makes too difficult...

First of all the price is genuine as compared to aggrwal and starway packers. Yes they do lack a bit in packing quality but the charges are also on lower side at the same time. Response is quite fast I got truck on the same day on call. Delivery time is genuine and staff is good. Packing staff is quite efficient.One of the roller of my new book rack got broken, repaired by their staff but the damage is done though it was minor.Considering charges and comparing it with others in the line,I found it quite economic and efficient, may concetrate more on packing.

From Jabalpur to Raipur. The manager Krishna ji was least bothered about the delays driver did. They assigned the moving task to some one else. The driver did not carry a smartphone, delayed the whole moving to 24 hours, just double of the time expected to reach raipur. Neither the driver nor the manager received my calls when it was afternoon time and it was supposed to reach Raipur. The driver kept complaining that he was all alone wherein he had 2 to 3 people alongwith him. I had to listen to his tantrums being their customer. On top of that they asked for remaining money. Greedy people. The moment the packers got the money, they became very lethargic and slowed down the packing even after we told them to speed up. Nothing makes them special or odd one out. If you have a choice, go for other.

My Experience is bad with thist. Poor quality service. I shifted my household locally in Jabalpur within 1 km of distance. They just randomly pack things. After 15 min I have to instruct for packing of each item otherwise they would load it on truck without packing. After a loads of effort many things were not packed . They just dont lift things up , they slide it on truck...the foot base of my furniture , Almira partially damaged. Scratches marks were on many unpacked items.I think they should really know the value of others household goods.Needs a lot of improvement.

They had sent only 2 boys to our home they started by morning 10a.m and completed packing by 3a.m next morning .After reaching Indore the staff came for the assembly of furniture were also inexperienced.. They did not know how to assemble the furniture.. For the next 2-3 days our home was a mess. Pls dont do mistake of hiring such poor quality packers n movers. They are good for nothing

Royal Packers and movers does not bring the required things with them and kept asking us for every single thing. Worst experience everI have booked Royal packers and movers from jabalpur to vidisha for my stuff. On reaching vidisha i found all my stuff to be wet in water. Our clothes, books, and other stuff were all wet and many of them destroyed. On calling jabalpur they stop taking calls. They did not send anyone for unloading. We have to arrange people from vidishaWe trusted them with our stuff and we payed them a good some of money. In spite of that we received such response. And truly I have no idea what is condition of my electronic stuff because we have not yet started it.

Very poor service particular during the unloading, plz do not trust them if you are shifting to a small city because they would be unable to provide labour to upload the households. They dont care about the delay, ask all charges for advance payment just after the truck got loaded. They use to pressurise you when you complaint about their services. Jo karna ho kar lo main upload nahi karwunga this was his the working when my belongs teacher at destination. The truck driver used to be with him in such type of conspiracy.As I learnt, plz do not advanced them till the items uploaded at destination.
