Rooms are clean and staff is co-operative, but they unnecessarily charge a lot for food and water. A bottle of water costs ₹51, just to give you an idea.

Pathetic services road line hotel is better than this hotel, stay at your own risk, no security, no rooms lock and bathroom locks are operative and broken. Keep your belongings at your own risk... Front staff and hotel staff are not at all cooperative.... Very...... very bad experience.....

Well before booking you should keep in mind they dont allow visitors so thats a issue dont book if you have local people to visit they will charge you accept money which is not acceptable.

Have visited the restaurant for celebrating my mothers birthday. It was a bit empty. But the staff and the manager are very courteous also the food was delicious and well served. Would definitely want to give a visit again.

Very Nice Hotel. Luxury room. Specially thanks for good Gym room & sufficient weight Tools. Supportive staff. Immediate response against customer call or issue. At the time of check in GYM room was under maintenance but against my requirement they have updated GYM on priority with in 2 hours. Its a great support of Hotel Management.

Worst service. They boast a lot but service is zero. Includes faltu k charges. They told that total charges are 7500 and made bill of Rs 5200. And asked to send money in their staffs personal account and too was not included in the final bill. The person they deployed to handle sound system left his job and was making videos from his personal device which ruined the performance.

One thing i liked about this hotel.. timely pickup and drop as a complimentry But communication between room and reception (intercom) is very poor...all time kharrrrrrrrrrIf you want to take shower-bath then dont try because shower having temperature setting issue.... automatically temperature high...u can burn ur skin..... 24hours tip tip tip from water tabTowel and Badsheet quality not good water shipage mark in roomBreakfast restroom area was not clean... badly smell But Breakfast restorent is clean and beautifully designed.Most important thing is Restorent staff, Room service & House kipping staff are well behaved and well mannered

The BK Castles and Hotels is located in jayanti complex area few kilometers from Railway station in Jabalpur. It is one of the finest hotels in Jabalpur. The hotel has good spacious rooms and multiple banquet halls that can be used for different functions at a time. There is also a bar in it. The room service and management of the hotel is good too. We had a good time during my friends engagement.

The Ambience is overall great, the hospitality is also at par with other luxury properties, however they need to improve a lot on their food, some points to mention about the food :1. The taste of various dishes is not upto the mark as compared to other restaurants like asanzo.2. The chef tries too hard to make simple dishes.

Beautifully constructed and designed building. Calm and soothing ambience. Visited for an organised event in the banquet hall, a spacious and comfortable space. Parking is well organised. Employees are polite and mannered and good at their work.

I loved it..

I was there for conducting a training and stayed for nights. Not a very pleasant experience. The a/c wasnt working in the room I was put up in, so had to change the room. Then came issues with the Wi-Fi even after making several complaints, no one paid heed to the request. During training the white board was of every color but white. The markers were no working. Though I was put up by the company, I did not want to ask for room service and hence visited the restaurant, in spite of going to the restaurant, I had been charged for room service, which I have not seen anywhere else. Room is spacious and well kept. The faucet in my bathroom did not work well.I wouldnt be suggesting this hotel to anyone.

Food is not good

It was a great experience. the behaviour of the entire staff is really good. I will always recommend this hotel to everyone. Buffet Breakfast was also good. Entire family enjoyed the tripIt is located at the heart of city. Safety is never an issue.

All facilities provided by B K Castles very good but i stay room no. 403 in room intrance from door appox. Distance 6-1/2 feet ending of floor, 6 inch lower side start double bed room flooring not seen exactly, i am fallen down with my family. Please check & correctly repair immediately, customer not fallen down in future.

Hotel and the staff is good and helpful. the ambience is nice and the food served is good (i am very particular about this its just good )But in short its a nice place if you are planning for some event or gathering.One thing to mention about it is this hotel does not have a proper parking facility for four wheelers so please see to it and yeah it is situated in the centre of the city so you may find traffic issues

Once you find your way through this vast and confusing maze of a hotel, you find that it is a pleasant place, efficient, polite, good room service, a good bar and good food. The staff is well mannered and i would definitely stay here again, if i was to visit Jabalpur another time

Hotel is located in one of the main areas so you can find general stores, pharmacy, doctors, opticians on walking distance. There is also a mall nearby.

Good hotel. Provides pick up and drop facility only from and to Jabalpur railway station. Rooms are good but bedding and blankets in the room was old. Blanket provided in the room was like the ones provided in trains. Basic toileteries are provided by hotel. Dental kit, saving kit and comb is also provided by hotel. There is a small gym with basic weights and a treadmill. It has in-house restaurant. Food is good. Serves both veg and non veg dishes. It also has an in-house bar for alcoholic drinks. This is the best hotel in the mid range catagory. However, my past stay on 25th Aug was awkward, weird and shocking. The incident: In the middle of night, around 2 am, two hotel staff were ringing my room, although Ive placed do not disturb still they were ringing it, I came at door and I asked who it it? they said house keeping I asked what do you want, they were keep repeating their selves, again I asked what do you want, they said, please open, house keeping as i was not afraid, I opened it and got shocking reply from them, is it occupied or free. what a wonderful question to ask at midnight. then they said, ok not this one may be and they went. Neither they realized that this was a mistake not they expressed any sorry.They left me stunned, I was in shock. Then I called reception to confirm with him, he said, He is not aware. This was more shocking to me, I was keep thinking, why they came here. later, soon I got a call from reception, he said casually, yeah sir, I have sent them to check weather room no **9 is not booked, but wrongly then came to your room. I dont buy this logic, who sent a guy to check room door to door, dont you have register, system, computer to check whether the room is booked or not, everything was suspicious , just few min back, a corporate party was going on in the same 3rd floor, so those guest were roaming in the same floor, and no hotel staff was there who can stop them and tell them, please sir , you are not allowed to go there, sadly it was my last stay. Your staff ruined your hotel reputation. Regards,

Ambience of BK Castle is high class, staffs are well trained, well behaved. Good parking area. Good thing about the hotel is located at middle of the City, mall(samdariya) and theater is approx 500 meter, Civic center chopati which is very known in Jabalpur is also just 500 meter away. Jabalpur hospital is also around 1-2 kilometers. If you looking for party Hall they have that on top floor for approx 100 people can be a good option. Only bad thing you face front road is bit narrow and usually crowded but thats not a big concern.

Good Hotel with cheaper room and hall rents at Jabalpur

The hotel on its own is quite good. The options available for vegetarians and non-vegetarians are nice. The party hall and stuff is very good and the rates are also reasonable. The only issue is the parking which actually is the outcome of the huge electronics market present on the ground floor.

Hotel BK Castles is a good hotel present in the heart of the beautiful city jabalpur. The great things about this is that it is not so far from the bus stand and the railway station. The only thing which is missing here is the better parking facilities.

Its a good place to hang out with friends. Ambiance is good. Food is good and parties such as farewell, birthday will give good memory. Dont know about marriage parties as have-not attended any.

Rooms have a very small window and care suffocative.Absolutely nil customer orientation. They switch off the corridor and staircase lights leading to darkness. Despite repeatedly requesting them they didnt listen and I was about to fall due to lack of lights at starecase and corridors.Staff is very courteous and obliging with lip service without any substance.Food is just ok and appears costly at that price.No tea making provision in the rooms.Rooms and corridors give a look of dark alleys.Hotel General Manager called me twice and said sorry with a promise never to repeat such mistake.
