I purchased a hp printer from there and I havent checked it right there after coming home I put it on so its not working properly colour printing is not coming clear half colours are missing. And they sell old products that printer is of 2017 and I purchased it on July 2021 they told me its new just came model but when I saw the box after purchasing it the box shows 2017 manufacturing date and as well manufacture warranty is also expiredDont buy such products from there without getting knowledge of that particular item and once check that product in local market.

Worst experience in terms of buying a phone, the following incident happened on the 7th of July. I went to buy a Flagship phone and asked for iPhone 12 and S21+ in black colour, I finalised S21+ 256GB version The box they brought and showed me was already opened and even the back side plastic was removed.After this I raised it with the salesmen and requested them to provide a box piece which is sealed packed.After this they made me wait for at least 1.5 hrs, a senior salesman started offering me things which are already coming with the phone, I still insisted to him that I will not accept the phone if the seal of the phone box is broken.Again after 10 mins of my patience being tested, they again said this is the only black phone they have and if I want to buy this phone this open piece is only available in black colour and they cannot arrange a different one for me.Dear Reliance, this is not the experience I expect when I walk in your shop.

So if you want to buy then you have to bill it and product will be delivered after 2-3 days.Better purchase online onlyBut if you want to visit and try any product then you can go and see it but you will not be able to get the product on same day.So called Reliance Jabalpur Policy :-D

Worst customer service, specially CRM is not at all customer friendly. I purchased Samsung AC 5 in 1 model. For installation they send Local Technician not a company Technician due to which the local technician does not installed my AC properly, after that i complaint to store manager related to my problem but they also not respond accordingly.Overall it was very bad experience from reliance digital store.

Decided to buy an OTG here.Prices were higher than Amazon etc, stocks were nil but luckily I got the model I wanted and since we needed it for the festive season we preferred to get it from here itself and not wait for Amazon delivery! Sadly, OTG is a defective piece and doesnt work.. they did not check it for us!! And now no one answers the call!

Went there today to buy a laptop but they denied entry stating the type of mask Im wearing is allowed in there store. Same mask which I was wearing in big bazaar and Dominos. The alternate they give to wear a handkerchief in face instead of mask. My mask has a white button type breather so that is not allowed only in reliance digital. However reliance fresh has no problem with that mask. So I had to purchase a laptop from Lotus wearing the same mask.

मेरा अनुभव कुछ ऐसा रहा कि मुझे tv लेनी थी सोनी की। मेरे बजाज कार्ड की लिमिट 50,000 थी परन्तु tv 1,40,000 की थी इन्होंने मुजसे लिमिट बढ़ाने के बहाने otp लिया और सीधे लोन कर दिया मैंने objection लिया तो बोला गया की नहीं होता सर लिमिट ऐसे ही बढ़ती है और जब मैंने tv देखी तो वो पहले से ही लगी थी और रोज़ चलती थी मैंने पैक प्रोडक्ट की मांग की तो बोले कि यही लेना पड़ेगा दूसरा पीस नहीं है ।मैंने मना कर दिया तो मेरी cibil खराब कर दी मेरा बजाज कार्ड RCU ( Risk Containment Unit) की कैटेगरी में डाल दिया। इसका मतलब की मैं फ्रॉड कस्टमर हूँ जिससे मैं कही और से tv न ले पाऊं । और मेरी सिबिल 3 माह के ब्लॉक कर दी गई । मैं सभी को सुझाव दूंगा की कृपया न जाएं मार्किट में उससे सस्ता सामान मिलता है ।
