Staff is very non co-operative and rude..they dont have manners to talk (not giving proper salutation to customers) to patients and attendees and not understand their situations ...also the hospital is much crowded and hence exposure is much more as far as Corona situation exist... No online paymentat OPD facility through credit card/UPI.. neither economical nor quality treatment provided.. the staff is very unprofessional in behaviour and frustrated and ask money every time from patients family eg liftman wardboys security guards ..if you go for a sonography your one complete day Will be wasted..doctors here are business minded and there work is to make cases more and more critical so that hospital can charge heavily from the patients family...doctors are like vampire dont have human sentiments and values and find there nutrition from human blood and life..The experience was same at reception, ward, medical shop (within JHRC), I WILL SHARE MY WHOLE experience with full of incidents to aware more people so that they wont be looted here..In term of quality treatment I gave 2 out of 5 stars in Jabalpur area.. it actually deserve 3.5 but due to above occurrences I given 2..irony is while charging patients they behave like fully professional pvt. Hospitals and while delivering services they behave like govt. hospitals..Now here is full experience after delivery of my wife...I took whole treatment and check-ups since from the first day of pregnancy from Dr. Dhirawani and duggal..every checkup and examination as per there regular chart (some of the tests were very costly)...all the reports were normal even they suggested costly treatment (medications) on sake of precaution...they never suggested healthy diet or food what their patient can take instead they have there MR suggested medicines for everything (I dont know why they have doc degree if working as a slave of pharma companies??) ....everything was normal till 8th month (I mean the reports of sonography) unless one day my wife bleeding was started while resting at bed ...we rush to JHRC as soon as we can and my wife got admitted there on emergency...now original game of looting started...They did sonography etc. to check amount of bleeding and given some medication to control it.(between that a lot of things adverse happen I will explain at the end)...since night and on second day bleeding was under control but doc. said we need to do C section surgery as the case may worsen if mother fluid will decrease.. I was agreed to them since it was the game of fear of life..ok everything was well and second day they said me to arrange blood as it may or may not be required at time of surgery .I rushed here and there whole day for arranging blood and donated mine to fulfill the requirement and lately it was not required...destiny helped us and everything was ok my baby child and wife were ok...since child was pre term they admitted as soon as to their nursery before I can see my child completely. Now another game of life started.i tool private ward here for 3500/day where they can not even provide handwash and proper cleaning....I saw nurses here steal injections specially at night since most of them are costly....they have setting from medicine shops here...also some very costly life saving drug for my child ( costs 14100/- for 8ml ) insisted at night in sake of life (so that I can not search any other shop instead of hospital medical shop) ...when I searched outside tomorrow the were ready to sell it in 9000.00/- I fed up all this corruption..finally I got out after paying almost 1.20 lack for wife and child even I was charged as per CSMA rates.. As so be aware to these frauds ..there is a lot to write and I have evidences to that also.. but this is the real situation of medical field now..everywhere Looting public but there tummy is still empty..

Hospital area and near by places are cramped/Overcrowded (parking space is less) due to its location at the chowk. Rest all is fine staff was good and since its near the chowk, its easy to access the markets and hotels nearby.

Jabalpur Hospitals Emergency response is pathetic. My child was suffering from temperature & I was looking for a pediatrician. I called them couple of times receptionist has no idea about doctors availability. He would transfer the call to casualties but the staff seems to be sleeping & they wont wont answer the forwarded call. After waiting for long time someone would hang up on you. Such hospitals claim to be very big hospitals but not reliable. They keep their name on citys name but ruining its name by their unprofessional behaviour. Thats why people have to move to Nagpur or other city when it comes to risky or big treatment. Jabalpurs hospitals are literally pathetic & medical staff needs to be trained on how to give modern services, only big buildings dont help.

If you are attending your dear ones, you have to arrange your breakfast from outside, the caterer inside do not have breakfast ready by 9 also. People who have medical conditions should not be an attender here, else you will be also a patient for them soon.

This is one of the worst hospital I have ever come across and Dr.Behrani is simply a murderer not a doctor . This hospital should remove Jabalpur word from its name. They are defaming Jabalpur in medical stream. Nurses, liftman, gatekeeper and dut doctors were supportive but the main doctor Ashish Dengra is nothing less than the Prime minister. They do not have time to visit hospital for their patients. But question is that why they do not have time to visit hospital. Answer: He has their own personal clinic which is his bread an butter then why they would give time to this hospital.In the era where government is pushing for online and cashless payment this hospital does not have a single POS machine for card payments. Again the answer is they want to dodge income tax as well as other taxes the are liable to pay to gov.Their is one benefit choosing Jabalpur hospital for the treatment. You would get a complete body checkup whether you ar3 suffering from viral fever or any critical illness . In our case patients was suffering from vomiting and loose motions. Doctors were not getting the clue why it is happen hence they made us to go for N number of checkups including different types of blood test, endoscopy, sonography etc.. and after that when they came to know that all the reports are normal they simply said it was a stomach infection.See how our patient got an apportunity to go for the full body checkup isnt it good. What if we paid heafty bills.We have written what we have experienced in this hospital in last 3 days. It is full of frauds, they take medicine and injections for patients and dont give them inside ICU. They sell those medicines outside again. Because no one allows to enter ICU that is the main reason they are taking advantage of this.Money minded people.

Had really bad experience here. Staff is completely uneducated. Doctors are not on schedule. They just delay the medication for the sake of charging the patient more. This is very good hospital in jabalpur division, the staff is very good, cleanliness is always maintained. This hospital is best in class for every kind of patient.Dr. Sangeeta shrivastava is very good and experienced in gynaecology department.Dr. Parimal swamy and team of other doctors are also very good.I would say that only thing is this that this hospital is costly . But cost wise services are excellent.

The experience was not at all satisfactory, rather bad. They are good for patients with low and medium illness, but people with serious illness should AVOID GOING THERE! They will churn the most money out of u from tests and stuff, and will give a little discount on medicines. Doctors( umesh agrawal) and some of the ICU staff talks very badly, had a very bad experience.

Please be careful while taking any treatment from Dr Archna Shrivastava (gynaecologist in Jabalpur hospital):Dont take any risk by taking treatment from Dr Archna Shrivastava. Just to increase bill she can keep patient in ICU after the death as well.I lost my cousin during normal delivery due to carelessness of her and she declared her death due to heart attack.Dr Archna S is a gynaecologist and had given amount 4 lacs injections to my cousin for heart attack. Dont know when she become cardiologist and how a normal delivery case can be converted into a heart attack.We were shocked when we came to know this was 7th similar case of death during normal delivery and in all the cases she had given those injections for heart attack.Pls post a msg here if anyone has any doubt or query. I will contact you for more details.

Canteen staff is better then expected. Good response in day time and conveniently cheap.6. They try there best for normal delivery. Dr has good knowledge and experience.7. Location. Prime location with hotel and shops etc nearby.Negative points1.communication with patient and family is very poor.e.g. docter visited for routine checkup and left as patient was in washroom and didnt bother to come again.2. Labor room staff. Not supportiveE.g. no calm music and no focus on patient when docter is not in room. They gossip while patient is in agony.3. Again labor room staff.. they ask for money in docters absense. This is true with most of the staff as well.4. Haha this is most important one. Lift man here is boss of lift. Most of the lifts are closed most of the time. They dont even understand basic logic of operating lift and keep waiting on floors and gossiping on pretext of waiting for patient or docter. 80% of the times lifts will not be available for common patient.5. Faulty fire alarm system.. it works 3 times a day and there is no evacuation system intiaited on the same.

My experience was bitter. These chimps took more than a month to complete my root canal. Overcharged me. And i had a bad stomach for 4 months after getting treated from here. They even didnt prescribed antibiotics nor gave anesthetic. The stupid doctor told me ki dard nahi hua toh root canal ka kya faydaAfter my repeated request he injected anesthetic, but it didnt work. These monkeys even dont know to administer anesthetics.still there is huge crowd of patients and you will have to wait atleast an hour. After that you will be treated for 10 mins and asked to come after 2 3 days. A simple root canal which takes 2 3 sittings takes 7 8 sittings here and on top of that they overcharge.I would not refer or advice anyone to get treated here.Thanks.Update: the tooth which got root canal is again paining. I will have to get it done again. So even the root canal was not properly performed by these dentists.
