Really good travel agents in Indore. The staff is supportive and friendly. Services provided are also good. I got my passport made from them a few years back and they were really helpful. They take care of all the work for you and in case one needs any additional clarification or help one can reach out to them any time and theyll respond.

An average tour operator.Personally experienced the goof ups at many critical junctures..Better avoided & trouble taken to plan & execute own itinerary.!Overall not a very memorable experience.Not worth the money charged & simbly NO VALUE FOR MONEY! Repute & credentials do not match the experience and expectations!AVOID Plzzzzz.

Very unprofessional tour operator. Tickets were provided at last minutes with error in spelling of name. Despite assurance that early check in will be facilitated, check in at hotels was delayed resulting in inconvenience to the complete group which has to wait for 3-4 hr at lobby of the hotel. Cost cutting done by tour operator by not providing services of bell boy, swimming pools and gymnasium not included in package, even basic items like toilet kit and water were not part of the package. All this was discovered on interaction with hotel staff. Flight itinerary was planned shabbily with only 70 minute gap between domestic and international flight at Moscow. Our complete group would have got stranded at mosow if the staff of Aeroflot had not gone out of way to help us in catching our flight. The tour operator dispite number of hactic calls made from Russia expressed his inability to provide any assistance. Over all a bitter experience

Our group had gone to Russia on a 5 am day trip. The rates charged from us were for 4 or 5 star facility everywhere. But the services were not even worth 2 star. The hotel in SPB where we were booked told us that the Travel agency had not included toiletries and drinking water in the package for us. In the Sapsan train, we were booked on the cheapest fare tickets due to which we could not enjoy the view outside. Even in the Neva River Cruise, food was atrocious whereas the agency kept telling us that it will be a 5 Star Cruise. Other passengers on the cruise though were served better food.The travel arrangements were not at all coordinated. We were made to reach Moscow early in morning but hotel was not available till 4pm. We were made to roam around endlessly till then. All this time Mr Sushil from the Agency kept telling us that early check in has been coordinated. Even when we reached SOB, we were not taken to hotel till after dinner. We were taken for sight seeing etc in a tired condition. While we knew that we shall be going to these places in evening, the Agency has conveniently ignored telling us that check in to hotel will be after dinner only.When returning to India, the Agency booked our tickets in a way that we only got 90 minutes in a Moscow to transfer from domestic to international flights. He was asked to ensure that we were booked directly Fromm SPB to Delhi. He kept assuring us that coordination has been done with Aeroflot. On reaching airport, the officials told us that direct check in to Delhi was not possible as bookings from sPB to Moscow and Moscow Ron delhi were on separate tickets with separate booking reference. The official of Aeroflot told us that the Agent Fromm Jose Travels was already informed that direct booking was not possible but the agent instead told us that coordination had been done. Even when we were speaking to him from the counter of Aeroflot, Mr Thomas kept telling us something else while the official at the desk was saying something different. It was our efforts and help from Aeroflot that we were able to catch the connecting flight. Jose Travels did nothing to help us out despite having created the chaos in the first place.

Absolutely poor response and poorly planned travel. ...had to catch flights at odd hours only to wait for hours at the hotels for check in. The agency has scrounged every bit at our expense, getting the worst hotel accommodation and food at the restaunts. A very unprofessional and unscrupulous agency indeed.

Very poor services & unprofessional staff. Over commitment, over charges & under delivery seem to be the Mantra of Jose Travels.Avoid this agency, if dont want to be surprised & feel cheated in a foreign land standing high & dry

The rates are exorbitant when compared to others. Lots of kafakesque bureaucratic approach in ticketing and in general.
