I travelled from pachmari to indore this was the worst trip I ever had, I book for 5 people. The conductor was taking local passanger into bus even when the whole bus was reserved. Even after say it the person keep on rushing people. People were drinking in the bus. Not safe for females. Lights were damaged no blankets. I am not sure of thing like they have sanitized or not. No one was wearing mask. Do not travel in this bus. Its waste of money and risk to your health.

One stop parcel delivery at low cost.But sometime misplace some packages due to no tags or info on packages which create much havoc among the serviceman.If you want to deliver package please write bus number, senders name, receivers name and place with date.

Not on time delayed by 2 Hour.eevn.I have booked bus of 10 Aam .End time bus they cancelled bus then they provide another bus of 11:30 AM and that bus reached on Indore on 5 PM and wvwwwn arguing that we are on time.

05:30 bus left Indore 06:30. They are not professional so not successful. I will never book this travels bus again. Better to use Chartered or local bus. Lots of stoppage.

There no place to sit if came early. Dont come early if you have woman passanger, staff person also dangerous dont ask anything to them.

Worst possible services on bhopal indore route. First of all the bus was overbooked. Passengers from different routes were combined in a single bus. It took many stopages in indore and before also which are not indicated. Bus was late enough due to these stoppages. AC not working. Very unorganised staff. Bus was overspeeding in worst possible way even when it couldnt take it.P.S guys dont look for 50 bucks and travel by taxi or the best possible option of chartered bus. And if there is no option, cancel your travel plan for a better journey
