Nice staff along with affordable flight. On or before time is the USP of this Airlines. Pilots are quite experienced.

I had been flying with Indigo for many years & never had much issues. This review is entirely for the Management, and not related to service. Considering the current situation web check-in had been made mandatory. While doing so I couldnt find any free seats. It is mandatory to pay for seats separately. Previously the middle seats were Free, now airlines have started making money from those seats as well. Ridiculous policy, are you trying to make up your losses from pandemic ?

I would like to report about flight 6 E 228 and the staff lead took my mobilr and gave it ti a skipper and just announced once ,she changed my seat jn the flight and then took the phn and gave it to the security,there have been several incedences like these in calcutta and indore wherr they unnecessarily mark things as unclaimed and intentionally irritate the customers.bad flight experience shame on yoj indigo

The Indigo staff at the Indore airport is not at all aware of whether to carry the batteries(drone) in cabin or check in baggage. As always and advised by almost all the guidelines, I carried the batteries in cabin baggage. The security staff stopped me and then created problems, after that they started arguing with the check-in baggage staff as where shall I put my batteries. It continued for long and I could have almost missed my flight. Then, they totally denied to let me carry with me in cabin and I had to put them in the check-in(the bag which I wanted to take with me in cabin, as my check in baggage had already went before). The security(checking) staff didnt even bother about the timing of my flight. Luckily, I was able to board my flight otherwise it could have been terrible.Im obviously gonna raise this issue with Indigo as there are no proper guidelines for the batteries and the passengers had to suffer because of them.P.S. : In international flights and other domestic flights, I have always carried my drone batteries in cabin baggage. Even in my Indigo flight while returning from Goa, I carried in cabin. I didnt understand what is wrong with the staff at Indore airport. They really need to figure it out. Totally disappointed.

Getting into a flight after being homebound for over 4 months was a sheet joy. Yes, it was - even in the time of COVID-19. Being allocated the window seat (😁😁😁), the centre seat was vacant and then the next seat was taken. Quite a pleasant journey, with staff putting in an extra effort from their side and being well aware of the protocols. A complimentary mask and a full face sheet was provided. Thank you Indigo 🙏

They have been so nice❤️ I lost my wallet in flight in Goa and they gave it back to me even when I was returned to my hometown thank you Indigo

No leg room no blanket no eyes cover so poor airline I have ever travel

Indigo airlines is one of the finest airtravel and same holds good at Indore airport too.... Check in area for indigo is easily locatable .. are quick at receiving the indigo travellers and check in is good and hastle free ... The staff are very polite & curteous.

All time favourite flight to go for. I love their Chicken tikka sandwich with cold coffee. Die heart fan for that taste. Service they provide is nice. Flight rates are comparatively low from others. Hence preferred.

Doesnt let me web check-in since I used my international credit card.All window and aisle seats are extra dollars if you want to choose the seats even few hours ahead of departure.

Indigo services are pathetic... especially its staff has so much for attitude...be it their staff on the flight, at the checkin counter or their customer care representative... forget about being customer friendly, they are rude and inefficient... cant help their customers with one thing... talking to them is like talking to stones...I wonder why cant Indigo give some training to them when they are looting so much money from their customers.

Always traveling with indigo. Staff is bit rude now a days.Even after asking water for three times it was not served.Any way its connecting to almoat all tier 2 cities so happy.

Indore airport. So many flights available for delhi,mumbai and other cities of india. Small bur well maintained airport. Security officials available 24 hours and staff is also cooperating. Ive been here many times for going to mumbai from indigo airline.Unlike other airports you can catch the flight even if you enter at airport only before half an hour of flight. Quick service and easy security check. Its a time saving airport. People from near by cities like ujjain,dewas,ratlam, mandsaur, neemuch,khandwa come indore for catching their flights. Its quite busy airport and govt is planning for international flights as wel. If this happens then itd be very convenient for people of madhyapradesh to go for international flights. This airport is named on devi ahilya who is very respected personality.

Flight 6E 225 from Mumbai to Indore got delayed for 2 hours. first due to traffic congestion and then due to technical snag. fligh 6E225 that was supposed to land at 8.30 lands at 10.30. as a result no taxis were available at the airport, uber ola were at 5 fold surcharge due to high demand and were located more than 20 minutes away. in such a scenario the airlines should be responsibel to atleast offer a free meal to the passengers.and arrange for the commute. apology as a formality doesnt help. bad for the airlines reputation that sells itself with the USP of being on time.
