Worst place in the world to buy cycle from. People are fraud, unprofessional and stupid. They dont have any good brand. Just fooling you to buy whatever they have. Within a week of buying screws and tyres came off along with other problem. Please dont ever go here to even buy a seat cover. All these good reviews are fake. Spend your money at right place.

The cycle shop tries to ask for additional money every time they can. The typical norm i found in Indore was that the accessories like mudguards, bell come free with the cycle. The sales rep tried to ask for extra money for these which was waived off after discussion with store manager/owner. Similarly the norm is that the first service check within 20 days is free of cost however the same sales rep tried to extort additional money for service check as well. This charge was again waived off after discussion with store manager/owner. The sales rep however made me wait for 3hrs even when my cycle was 2nd in queue. This 3hrs waiting time was not talked off when he asked me for fee.

Its a large showroom, thats the reason for arrogance of owner and staff.They are rude to customer, no proper response or service, they will talk good only till item is sold,Then reverse happen, they wont listen you or resolve your concerns.Bicycle is an item which may require immediate attention.After you got any bicycle from here thereafter dont expect anything.So either be very vigilant while purchasing that there are no issue with the product.Or choose some place where they entertain issue arisen immediate after sell or fix some fault which went unnoticed while purchase.

Nice showroom with every product available but is 10-20% costlier than other on all cycle models.I think so they are recovering the showroom cost from us , which is way too much.

This is not right place to buy cycle because when I visited showroom yesterday on 07may19 evening sales staff bharat behaved very rude careless about customer. I felt very bad and left showroom. I bought very good cycle for my daughter from other good showroom. I suggest please check other showroom also.

Large stock and good products but there are also some issues. I purchased hero doran 29inch today and while returning home i found alingnment issue in back ring /tyre and more disappointed than this is there are some cut cut sound issue in right paddle like it has some bearing or chharra issue. I faced same issue with last purchased cross bolt in 2016. So i am little bit disappointed.
