Delightful I would say. We visited Araana restaurant.It was its first day of opening and luckily we were 2nd customers to visit. The chef personally came and ask for taste and any special requests that we had.Overall and amazing experience with mouthwatering food.Cheers.

Sheraton grand palace in Indore is beautiful and one of the best places to stay in indore. The location was a bit outer but was never disappointed by the efforts and the service given to us.The variety at the restaurant was huge and the staff was very kind, loved all the gestures and one must definitely try the sev paratha recommended personally by the chef. Also all the covid protocols were taken care of. I would really visit this place the next time I come to indore

Very good property & very courteous staff. We had stayed for one night during peak of second wave as we were returning from Delhi to Pune by road. The hotel is operating with minimal staff but they are giving very personalized experience with the limited aminities which are operational due to covid restrictions. When we checked in we were surprised with personal card & special chocolates DMs Prakash & Neha had prepared for my 11 year daughter. The food preprations were also very good. Only thing we missed was non-veg (which was not served in the property) & bar (which was closed due to Covid Guidelines).

I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Grand. Every staff member I encountered, from the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues, family and friends! Special thanks to Mr. Tejas who upgrade our room and Mr. Himanshu for wonderful food. Overall, I had a great experience.

This Indore branch is an absolute disgrace to the Sheraton brand. The staff is ignorant and impolite.At the restaurant, the table provided was dirty which they took forever to clean up. Moreover a simple request of providing a high chair or a cushion was refused. We left without ordering anything.

Its awsome place.. Really liked it.. Food was amazing.. I went their to attend a award function. Or our coaching center... That isbof jitendra mishra acedmey...We all really liked it.

One of the best 5 star hotels. Amazing property on NH3. This was erstwhile The Grand Bhagwati.

The layout of Sheraton is not at all compromised but the service fall short of what is expected. For someone who is paying a hefty amount for a function, these people should honour simple requests from them. (which they did not citing problems due to lockdown). This is strictly my opinion based on the prevailing circumstances and I may update this review once I get another chance to visit this place and enjoy what they have to offer.

EXCELLENT Service, started with Prakash at the reception, them Kamal at the buffet and Chef Satya who made some amazing local dishes just because we couldnt go out to try them outEvery need was catered to before we could ask for it, they pampered us to the core ... like some newly weds :)The only regret I have is that we just had One day to experience this beautiful placeTop Notch service and excellent property

My team went for makeup bride and groom faimly at the hotel, they gave the gate pass and diposit the original photo Id proof, team was 12 people, one of person belong the gate pass with itself, they r forcing to want gate pass at night 12:45 in havvy rain out side one of gate keeper behaviour like a hotel Boss, OMG we traveled in more than 23 countries and 5star hotel but never experienced like this.

Sheraton restaurant s cafe, u should stop your home delivery services, as it is pathetic taste..Either you change your chef or u close ur delivery..Repeated same mistake again is not acceptable..I would never order n recommend anyone to order either..Shameful for the brand.

It’s the most luxurious hotel of the cleanest city of india Indore. Location is slightly far from the old city but the best ambiance and the area of the hotel. Everything in this hotel works smoothly. The banquet halls are amazingly beautiful. Staff is very well trained and friendly. Food is great.

One of the most luxurious hotel with great service. I had booked room with breakfast and lunch worth 6k the manager upgraded it to double suite which was unimaginably luxurious and spacious worth 36k. This has been one of the best hotels I have ever been to!! Dont know why so few ratings are there..I prefer this over JW marriot. It was really a grand stay!

Sheraton Grande is one of the very Beautiful locations in Indore. The best part is that it is A lil away from city so you get to have a relaxing quiet time. They have Scrumptious food with amazing hospitality. Three staff is very humble and helping.One Couldnt ask for more.

Such amazing food!! And amazing service!We went for breakfast at Sheraton, as a Birthday brunch sort, and it did not let us down at all! From the quality of food to it’s variety. The croissants, fresh juices, Indian breakfast like Dosas and parathas and the desserts were the highlight of the meal. I would especially mention the sous Chef, Mr. Satyajeet Mondal who was very kind and gave us the proper Birthday treatment. It was a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend Sheraton.

Had buffet lunch at S Cafe erstwhile Piano Restaurant. Food & Service were insipid. Starting with lukewarm hot & sour soup to dessert where cake had refused to fluff. And if you can mess up pani puri in Indore, why are you in business????

No doubt it’s a 5 star property that set itself apart from all other hotels in indore with its view, Infra and now it also has a Brand name associated with it.They still need to work on there food to match it with Indore’s tastebuds and level.We visited S Cafe today for their Dinner Buffet. At 799 per person it’s equivalent to all major 5 star dinner buffet options in Indore, but taste is no where even 50% of them.Pizza, Chats, starters, even sweet options are not mouthwatering (which is what you expect), they were just ok.Over all it was good but as soon as you compare it with either Kababsville or even Fire and Smoke or India Kitchen it’s just not worth.

Beautiful hotel with an awesome lawn sit out area. Courteous staff ensure that you have a great time. At first I was a bit sceptical about the vegeterian buffet, but, thanks to the chef, I was truly overwhelmed by the spread. The starters, fresh baked pizzas, everything was delicious. Stumbled upon this property as it was on bypass road to Bhopal and this was the best stay I had in Madhya Pradesh. Tejas and Abhishek made sure that check in and other formalities are seamless. We had buffet dinner and it was the best meal I had in a long time. The desserts spread was truly exceptional. Chef Satyajeet and his colleague made everything to our liking. Its truly commendable to find perfect balance between local taste which is very spicy and what travelers prefer. Hat`s off to hospitality. Keep it up.PS: Its a pure veg facility.
