Guess what after reading. the negative reviews, I too was confused whether I should consider buying a flat in KBG grand. Later, when I visited the township and Saw what is it exactly and we loved. They have so many every bit of it. amenities which no other township. have in that area, Excellent place for live!

I have been living here for 6-7 months on rent.everything is good except the maintenance they overlooked your problems everytime. They cant solve problems like petrol theft from bikes it has been a daily problem. I have complained around 6-7 times for the same problem but no solutions. I think they should take it seriously and should find a permanent solution for this.

Have bought Flat in Karol bag society Indore and have been facing maintenance issues since past 4 years and customer service departments is least bothered to respond to not only my issues raised multiple times rather with all society members in my building.On top of this, they have been constantly creating trouble to tenants living in the premises which has been creating issues in overall experience.I would suggest to suggest to think before making a investment with this group.
