Such peaceful and beautiful place. It was clean and quiet. Friendly neighborhood with loads of trees and gardens. The security is really strong too. Just the dogs inside are really wild, do something about it!!!

A very good location on A.B road for residing. However itbis a far way inside from A.B road thus making it difficult as road to it is also not that good.Have secured gates with guards...and other basic amenities like play area, garden etc.

I bought a 3BHK in this township in 2011. At first they said to give the possession by Diwali 2012, but going by the commitments from Real estate people i was ok to celebrate even 2013 Diwali in that home but it is January 2014 and there are no signs of any possession. Every time they have a different reason, sometime the delay is because of prolonged monsoons, sometime due to labor problem and sometimes because of the Main road that got delayed.Also, there are no signs of any compensation that they promised to give in case of any delays. They say that they will adjust it at the time of possession which again throws me into a vicious circle.
