I would describe IIMR as exciting and dynamic. The best thing about being a student here is the number of additional opportunities that are available. I was initially attracted here by the institute’s reputation, and my career goals. The best thing about the degree is having the freedom to think of an idea and test its practical application. I feel extremely lucky to be in an environment that allows me to conduct research on what interests me the most, so in all my time here I have never felt bored. To make campus life more enjoyable, the institute has a tradition of organizing regular events and competitions. I am Abifazal Hatod pursuing B.Com (Honours) from Indore Institute of Management and Research. Choosing the right college becomes very tough for every student after passing ther 12th exam. I always wanted a college which has good infrastructure, with 50 acres of green lush campus IIMR became the obvious choice. I played in the school football team and seen many colleges but none has a football ground like our institute. I wanted to continue my sports along with my education and it gives me the perfect combination. Apart from academics we got Certifications from the SIGs(Special Interest Group) if gives you a chance to explore various areas of interest before selecting your career path. I got scholarship on the basis of sports merit and the college has always motivated us to excel in every area. Our Director General sir is connected to every student through whats app group, we can easily contact him at any point of time which is a very rare thing, usually the higher management doesnt meet the students so easily. Most of our classmates are from small towns so they were not confident in communicating in English or interacting. The CDC team has really worked hard on us and now the hesitation has reduced and till will graduate i am sure our communication will be very fluent. I Neha Singhal pursuing B.Com (Honours) from Indore Institute of Management and Research. Every student after passing 12th class look for an Institute which has good infrastructure, quality education, good facilities like sports, library and most important bus facility specially if you are a girl the parents dont feel safe to send you to the college by your own convince. In this Institute when I visited with my father we got very positive vibrations, in the counseling we were told about various SIGs and clubs, I took it as an opportunity to pursue my hobbies which I couldnt do it in school and study the subject of my interest. My father liked the merit based fee structure where good student are acknowledged and get benefited, it keeps us motivated to perform better in exams and other areas. The best thing i liked about the institute is that the teachers and management listen to your problems and requirements, we can easily meet Principal or even Director General sir for any issue or can get connect with him on phone or WhatsApp. I am planning to pursue MBA and want to give entrance exam for banking for this the CDC team helping our class to learn aptitude, language skills and improve our communication skills.
