Google doesnt allow to rate a place or service below than one star. If it would have been possible I would have rated - 5 Star. Worst staff. Even if wind blows at 10km/hr they turn off the lights. Worst technicians. They should work as peon in any other government office but not technicians. They turn down receiver of landline phone every time they turn of lights due to any reason. No one can say that number 1 city in india for trash management and cleanliness has worst electricity management. They should just resign from their jobs and jump in waterfall.

Privatization is the only option, worst service. No one wants to take responsibility.

Very bad service people are not answering the call I have compaint more than 25 times but no one is responding higher authorities also.

Very good service, staff is rude sometimes but the service has improved very much from 1 year. The thing which is constant is many a times during the power cut they dont pich the call or they just keep the receiver aside so that it shows line is busy.

Just keep the receiver aside so line shows busy, very bad service, nobody is available to receive complaint and give proper repply.

Why the MPEB at gumasta nagar zone always schedule the maintenance on Monday, when every one has to rush to work.

The website not works properly, we always face issue while we find our electricity bill. we also do not got hard copy of bill till date.

Pathetic customer service and response. I called the number to complain about unexpected power outages and all i got was samasya ka samadhaan sheeghra kar diya jayega. On asking ki kab tak ? The CSR diaconnected the phone. No response juat disconnected and he even didnt bother to take the complain. INDORE certainly is on its way to be a SMART CITY (sarcasm).
