I was suffering from tooth pain so decided to visit a doctor post visiting the clinic I was diagnosed with a cavity between my teeth and was suggested for RCT for one of my upper molar tooth and extraction of my wisdom tooth, So I decided to go for a second opinion where my mom told me about Smile Makers as I was coming to Indore for an official trip for four days I deicide to visit them. I called up the clinic and briefed them about the problem which I was facing and what was I suggested by the doctor in Delhi as time was something which I did not had with me as I was for an official four days visit hence I was little skeptical about the end result but big kudos to Dr. Mishthu Solanki and Dr. (Capt.) Shaleen Khetarpal for keeping all the appointments as per my comfort and planning and keeping everything ready before I even reached Indore which resulted in completing of the entire procedure so perfectly and not to forget without even slightest of pain. The experience which I had it really made me believe that Dr. Solanki and Dr. (Capt.) Khetarpal really doing an excellent job and living up to the name SMILE MAKERS as one walks in to their clinic with a pain but walks out with that beautiful smile back on their face. Once again would like to thank Dr. Solanki & Dr. (Capt.) Khetarpal for extending there working hours and saving my wisdom tooth and bringing my smile back.

Worst ever doctor & clinic visited in life.Visited for doing filling as it was fractured.My previous filling lasted upto 3 years but filling done by Dr. Prachi at Smile Makers was so temporary it does not last even 24 hours. Already told her that I will not be able to come at least in 1 week as I am traveling out.Upon calling and asking about the solution, she said I am not expert and cannot tell you anything.Inexperienced doctors here they dont know anything other than taking their huge fees.Not recommended.They want patient should visit them again and again so that their earnings must not stop.

They are just looting people, i called them and simply asked for xray, she denied and unneccesary asking for consultation. I dont think so, there would be any consultation fee for xray, totally illegal.

Hello All,I am giving 1 star,ideally i should have given 0 star. Let me brief you all our expierence with this clinic. We visited this clinic for checkup of gum problem(patient:my wife). Doctor was very friendly...he observed our problem took x-ray...explained in detail where the problem lies. Doctor gave us below explanation :He said that issue is with gum and we should opt for filling the gum along with a cap. He cleary mentioned that 90% chance are that it will get treated and root canal wont be required. Beside that he mentioned that near by tooth have some cavity for which doctor gave some medicine if i am nor wrong. We came again to clinic after a appointment for filling up of this gum.When we visited the clinic the doctor was not present rather his subordinates were taking care of clinic. Still we agreed to get the treatment. One of the lady doctor started treatment...soon as she started my wife recognised that she started giving treatment to right side tooth(the gum was infected of left side). My wife objected...she told that doc regarding the actual gum infected which was on left side. To our surprise lady doctor said doctor has written in file that 2 tooth needs filling...we got shocked...we asked them to treat the left side one.She started left side tooth treatment. Again my wife recognised that she started treatment of upside tooth. Again she started treatment of wrong tooth.this time she managed to do some damage to tooth which was not infected. We objected then she again told that this is what written by doctor in file. This time we were extremly shocked...how can a doctor write such a wrong analysis...she confirmed the same with other doctor who too agreed with what first lady doctor said. One point more..this second lady doctor was talking in such a attitute and was so rude like she was giving us treatment for free.Back to point...we left the clinic in bad mood..and just tried to verify the same analysis with other clinic doctor. To our surprise other doctor told that whatever is written was the same which was communicated by main doctor of Smile Maker clinic to us.I hope now you all got an idea of what we went through this clinic.Thanks to God saved.One more point...the same night i got call twice from main doctor who agreed that from there side some mis confusion got happened in between them and wanted to meet us again.Think twice,thrice and more before visiting this clinic.Again i reiterate main doctor was good and friendly.Thanks.

I visited Dr. Shaleen for the treatment of my chronic periodontal disease. He is the best dentist, I have come across till date. He is highly proficient, calm, humble and caring. He listens to every minute issue and concerns we express.In first visit he explained the root cause and treatment schedule in detail.He gave sufficient time and attention during every sitting. The supporting staff are polite and they called me and enquired regarding discomfort if any, after every sitting. The atmosphere in the clinic is very pleasant, hygienic. Doctor was personally responding to every queries even over the phone even in his busy schedule. My periodontal problem is completely resolved now. I’m now being called follow up treatments.His thorough knowledge and experience in treatment periodontal problem is is exceptional and I strongly recommend Dr. Shaleen for this treatment.
