Pathetic company. So much politics, deduct salary every month for no reason, management is so so cruel, they do not give holidays apart from weekly off. Extra work hours. Fake reviews on glassdoor. Nothing to learn here. Wastage of time. They give split week off and always ask you to stretch for 2-3 hours daily. They will keep disturbing you post shift as well and will not let you take rest. They will put some amount of salary always on hold every month and will not process your resignation formalities. Will not even pick your phone and reply to emails/messages. Fake reviews on glassdoor. Beware of this company.

Please dont be fooled by the lovely interiors here, its probably the only good thing here.The work culture is toxic. You could be the best performing member but will be overlooked for a lesser member here.If you dont have connections with the management here but only rely on your work performance, please dont bother here.Theyll decide to fire you first and then fabricate a reason for it. Its the Taskus way!You can judge a company by reviews of people who seperate from the organization and there is a huge majority wholl not give a favorable opinion.Anyways the office interiors are pretty good, so its not all negative!

The place is cool and all but get ready to be put to insults because nobody there actually cares. I went three days in a row, for whole days and yet every evening, I was asked to leave and cone back again. I had to insist for an hour last day to get an interview. Got selected, been more than a month, no calls, the HRs dont reapond. Goodluck!

I have worked there for 3 months. When you will leave the organisation there services will be worst, they have updated wrong Pf details and still deducting from salaries and now when I am trying to connect with them they are just forwarding the mails to each other in the department for others to help. Worst employee services.

As most people said Pathetic hr and director of operations. Just wasting time of other, after scheduling interview they will not join for hours. I dont know what kind of management company has? Generally MNC has not this kind problem. Longer term it will tarnish brand value and image. How they serve their clients we can understand? Poor clients.

Yesterday i went for walk in interview the staff was supportive and well behavedDuring interview i got little fumble hr told me to came after a week with preparation hope next time i visit and clear the interview and become a part of this companyOverall first impression is very good

Third grade HR Team. Asking people to come office even though the employees are being reported COVID +ve. Not ok to play with lives of employees. HR Team should allow work from home asap.

Dont go for the infrastructure. Theres Pathetic management regarding payouts. Also treat employees like dirt or worst. So much dominance and just opposite of the core value frontliners first. The HRs are so arrogant & never response. I wish can give minus rating or less than this.

My office was the most beautiful and vibrant office site in Indore. It had so many colours that we named it Rangreza. All the facilities are here and housekeeping department should be congratulated for maintaining it at its utmost beauty.

Interior is good , i have cleared two rounds and waiting for the third since long but no worries they are offering a good amount.❤️

They are only having time pass HR department.... They just take interview and person clear all rounds... After that they didnt respond to email....i can surely say they are in hunger of money... And none of the HR is taking responsibility.. This just move call to next table... I just want to tell please just dont waste your time... They are just taking advantage of this pandemic... Dont get done by the hype and colourful interiors! This is a typical BPO with a typical BPO culture and management. And typical BPO culture means employees are treated like dirt, little better than coolies.My advice for freshers: better take additional qualifications and wait for better jobs than start your career at a sweatshop like Taskus

They are wasting time of candidates at the name of interview.....they are not sure about there process ...they hire for a process and give joining date also but at joining day they told that the process is postponed ..what’s this ??Is this professional behavior? if even company is not sure then why they’re hiring candidates and wasting their time

Their recruitment team is worst I have ever seen, they never clear the things from the very first phase and no one help you with information about the interview results. They just do time pass with candidate and after all phase completes they will make some excuses that you have to come our office for further process which was not mentioned before. So these things were so annoying..my experience was every bad with them. I hope they will work within their management. All the best 👍

I dont usually criticize but in this case I am going to because my experience with TaskUs couldnt have been more worst. I went through all the rounds of the interview (last round was taken by Tousif Ahmed) and at the end they told me that your profile isnt selected. Now whats bothering me so much is that they didnt even give me the feedback as to why I am not selected. They wasted my time (2 days) and worst of all you dont even know why you are not not good enough. I dont expect anything out of this review but just wanted to put it out there. I would not suggest anyone to be part of TaskUs because above incidence illustrate a perfect picture of the environment they have gotten in there.

I have been working here from last 9-10month. I would say it is the worst place to work in terms of payout.. I have been missing payout every month not only me most of the fellows are facing same thing even after raising complaint it takes 1-2months to resolve one payout query.

My experience in Task us, couldnt have been more worst. I went through all the rounds and got selected but i waited for 2 months to get the joining, after two days of training due to lockdown they told me that you will get work from home, but then they told me that the process for which i got selected is not working now ,so you have to give one more telephonic interview.And at last they just rejected me by giving the distress amount of 8000 INR.At this situation of Covid 19 i had spend 3 months in indore without any job.So at last l wasted my 5 months just because of this organization.

Had very bad experience with HR recruiter team, gone through multiple rounds and assistment test, first of all the management staff is very bad, you have to keep on waiting, I understand number of people are more so they should have a sequencial approach, we cant be sitting wasting whole day and taking follow ups, talking about my experience with #taskus, they waste my whole day, I had a word with one of the HR where they said Im selected and have to join very next day, as few of discussion left so was waiting to clear the doubts. Later, HR said she will be forwarding the details on email and message, you can left for the day, So as I was active with my previous company, next day I went there and resigned, after resignation I called Taskus HR where they end up saying we can not provide you the salary which you were getting with the current company, they end up offering the salary that was degraded and saying if youcan joined,else no issues, I resigned from the previous job as I had joining on the same day and they ruined my career, People expect hike if they are joining new company and here they end up saying we cannot provide you the basic salary which you were getting with your previous organization, how does that makes sense, worst experience!

Hi All,I have worked with #taskusindia for about approx one and half months my experience with #taskusindia was worst being in #taskusindia. When I saw the #taskus culture it was so good when I meet people who worked in #taskusphilippines they were so good who came to support us but in India its the same like other bpos. They fire you without any reason just because they dont want to listen to you and they want to set an example so my Senior Operations Manager (Tausif Ahmed) and Operation Manager (Surbhi) decide to put me out of the company without any explanation. One morning Surbhi calls me and show few cases and tells me to logout and meet Human Resource and Tausif next day. When I went to meet HR and Tausif they told me to give me explanation about the cases which I already sent on email which was on January 3rd 2020 (My Birthday) I was called in office for face to face discussion with Surbhi, Tausif and HR which was just a formality for terminating me because the meeting totally was about for 5 minutes in which Surbhi was busy in her phone using whatsapp and tausif was busy in his laptop doing something which was not a part of meeting just connecting his mouse to laptop and working on laptop. If I was there for meeting on (my birthday) just to retain the job then why not this people tried to ask questions related to the meeting and you call it a #frontlinefirst company and a #employeecentric company and it was a recorded session anyone can check what efforts did they make to retain the employee. I feel #taskusindia is again one of the corrupt Bpo in Indore in which loyalty towards work is nothing you just have to bribe or beg Tausif or Surbhi to save the job if not then you get fired like me without any reason and one more thing would like to ask if Surbhi (Operation Manager) was sleeping in training and still she sleeps on the production floor then why dont you guys take action on it I have seen her sleeping on production floor and people from training from her batch have told that yes she sleeps in middle of session and they had to bang desk to wake her up so would like to ask you if you can fire an agent without any reason then why not Operation Manager for a genuine reason and if you want to check if she is sleeping or not you can check the training video CCTV to be more clear about it. I hope Sapna Jasper & Bryce see this so that they could take an action on it.Was very happy with the culture of #taskus in induction but now feeling nothing can change rude people of #taskusindia so #nomoretaskusindia.ThanksYour Wellwisher

I went there for a reason. They have a beautiful office. Work culture bhi acha hi hoga I guess as I have not worked there. Badhiya gaane bhi Chalte hai.

Very bad experience in interview. They are never getting a real talent..and never giving you a chancd to prove prove your self..2 mins only intrview...i will experienced and know about the job..but never communicating well...bcz i i nervous infront of girl.
