Negative rating from my side very worst service.They don’t value there customers. Even if they have solution or time still straight they say no to work and ask to come another day.In this pandemic situation also they are asking so very uneducated and worst staff then.

Very Poor and Pathetics service.Dont ever go PNBHFL. They will falsely deduct your emis twice a month and will not refund the execess amout and also will not adjust it.Fradulent practices.

The service of this bank is very poor we have close loan before 40days but till now we didnt get property documents 😔

Worst services, its more then a year and they are not going to apply my subsidy request. Tried so many times, email so many times, send documents via courier twice but still my subsidy form not forwarded by them even they did not call me. Each and every time they said come the office. Staff is not co-operative at all.

No any one attend the call and no given proper response today I call settlement related they are communicate we send on mail after 3.30pm but after time no any pick call on office very bad experience I communicate on social media for this complain

Hope their is a way to rate them with zero or even in minus, PNB Housing is the last place where you would like to take a loan from, they dont have any value for communication, others money and humans in general. Even a simplest of the things like collecting your own docs from their branches they have different rules from branch to branch. Calling on their landline is some century old idea because they also dont know when did they last took customer call. They will keep giving you any kind of reason for not listening or just to fulfil their egos and go back from their own words within minutes. They have a completely unprofessional staff who on the face tell you to do whatever you would like to do or complain to their head office. Try to avoid them, if at all you will have a relationship with them you will suffer till the time you paid every penny and even after for the closure

Worst after sales serviceTheir sales executive & even sales manager never respond to phone nor on messages. When we call on their landline number the security guard talks rudely and always say concerned person is on field.Executives just want to convert their sales targets and after then, they never reach out to us. I have tried to contact my home branch via email too but they never get back to us.Ill never ever take or suggest PNBHFL, Indore for Home loans.

Worst experience , pathetic bank, they interest Rate charges more then high compare to other bank, and Services is very poor, Third class Banks...I suggest to all dont borrow Loan This banks
