My experience was good but in the hotel not available tea or food. For eating food go outside. Couple friendly hotel. And nearby ion exam centre so students are stay here.

This place is full of THEFT. many burglaries have taken place earlier worth lakhs. My own mask purse got stolen having in it utensils worth more than a lakh.EXTREMELY POOR IN COORDINATION, specially the owner, he is extremely rude.Would strongly recommend to not book this place specially for marriage purpose. Extremely poor.!

Worst hotel. They never cleaned it possibly. I had a booking for 4 nights and I had to spend the days without any cleaning of rooms, change of bed linens or towels. Requested a cleaning several times and failed. You can find the result in pics. Never book this hotel.

I stayed here in room no. 106 on 2/1/19 for one 🌃 with family. It was nice experience. Very cooperative staff. Mattress are not up to the mark otherwise ok.

THEFT! THEFT! THEFT! .My mothers purse got stolen from closed room during my sisters sangeet program it contained more than 50k cash and hell lot of jewelleries. Staff is extremely rude and uncooperative, owner did not co-operate at all. THIS PLACE WAS SHUT DOWN FOR 6 LONG YERAS BEFORE ENTERING TO OYO ROOMs , WE have filed an FIR, many people told us that a lot of burglary has took place here worth upto 10 LAKHS(max) in a single marriage.I Would strongly recommend to not not book this hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city but easy to locate. The rooms are clean, with all the proper faculties. The service is real good.

Rooms are not as good as shown in the photographs. Food delivery is very slow and tastes bad, oily.

Pathetic rooms with bd services.The rooms did not had the latch also so that one can feel safe the washrooms were dirty and no services was even provided by the people

Though its under oyos shelter, this is the first oyo i have been where staff is so rude. They dont even serve u breakfast, on oyos app it was confirmed that we will receive breakfast between 8-10 am but we found nothing like that. And more over on checkout they force u to give them 5 star rating else they wont allow u to leave their place.. the only reason we tolerated them for 2 days is because of the location, this place was nearest to Emerald school.. but really , i dislike this place.

I give them one star for cleanliness.. the bathrooms were disgusting and lacked basic plumbing. Drains were clogged up and no actions were taken even after repeated requests.Though the hotel staff and even the owner of the facility were very nice.

I ll like to mention the following issues- 1. The hotel don’t accept payments by cards or wallets. 2. Matrices provided was very poor quality. 3. No hot water in bathroom & no towels were provided.

Clean rooms and polite staff... value for money

I satyed here in Room no. 420 for a day. I am in exclamation that how OYO could choose this property to give their name as the cleanliness was not good in the room. There were mosquitoes for my welcome and when i asked at reception for mosquito coil they said we can give u but we do not have the match box to light it. At the time of check in i asked for a bottle of water which i didnt received. In the evening when i went at the reception for mineral water they gave me a seal broken bottle and was trying me convince that it is the mineral water and the seal is not broken, Height of stupidity. Hot water was not available from the tap. They were providing hot water from a bucket.The reception person name Patel was polite at the time of check in but at the time of checkout i wanted to checkout early in morning so i called pre night to inform about this. I wanted to leave my lugagge at reception and the key as well but Patel was hunging up the phone in between my talks and when i told him that listen the whole thing n then cut the call he was rude n said u r calling me again and again for the same thing.I am giving 2 star onlg because of the other staff which provided me extra blanket and breakfast also and were very polite.My experience here was not good and i wont suggest this property to anyone.

Hotel Royal park is a fantastic place to do big parties in less budget it has a covered as well as open space both so that at the time of rainy season you can party under the shade . It is generally preferred by the people for the marriage purpose but it is available for other parties also. It has a fantastic infrastructure and a huge parking area for safe parking in front of the garden.This garden is generally preferred by the middle and upper middle class families for partying at big occasions.It is a big place for partying between rajiv gandhi and ecqua point mhow except this there are very less big partying gardens so in the season of marriage this can become a better choice for you as there are less no of gardens in this area
