We were a group of four families of senior citizens on a trip to Bhutan organized by Hideaways. We visited three cities of Bhutan in a six days trip. Perhaps It would be difficult to express our amazing experience in few words hence one simple sentence We were back home relaxed without travel fatigue but with lots of sweet memories.

Weve known Shailesh and Reena personally since 2 decades, but just recently we also experienced their professionalism and passion when they organized an unforgettable trip to Sikkim.We are a little hard to please and one of those typically not Indian laid back travellers, but the way they remained in touch with us every day and looked after our comfort and our whims was exceptional and rare.We wish them all the very best for future and hope to enjoy many more trips through hideaways.

We went to France and Switzerland for our honeymoon in March 2020. We booked our complete package (Travel, Lodging, Local Transport and Sight-seeing) with HideAways, Indore. It was a wonderful and hassle-free experience.It all started with destination selection. We met with our travel advisor Shri Nishant Vyas and he listened to us and understood all our preferences. After knowing our requirements we were suggested with many options (various destinations, different durations and multiple-budget). His suggestions were extremely helpful and in few areas we were advised not to overspend as that facility is not worth spending which was really a nice gesture.We decided to book for Europe package (France and Switzerland) customized as per our preference (Travel Dates, Hotels, Places, Duration and Experience). We decided to go for independent booking rather than group trip. It was a worry that how we will manage on our own, but everything was so systematically arranged and we hadn’t faced any single issue. Pick-up and drop from Airport/Station in private taxi were pre-booked. All the pre-booked hotels were great (Four star) and located within walkable distance from station or some tourist attraction (We could see Arc De Triomphe from our hotel window in Pairs). All the tourist destination/trip (Mt. Titlis, Eiffel Tower, St. Louvre Museum, Cruise, guided tour and Glacier Express etc.) tickets were pre-booked with full facilities. We went to Eiffel Tower and all our booking including top tier tickets for evening slots were pre-booked. Same thing with Mount Titlis, all-inclusive tickets were pre-booked. We hadn’t waited in queue at any place due to pre-booked tickets.We were given a print of all the travel plan arranged date-wise along with timing of local transport (Trai, Bus Metro and Cruise) and map of way to hotels, stations, tourist places and Indian Restaurants. They gave pre-booked Metro Pass in Paris which enable us to travel with any train, metro or bus for free. Same way we were given Swiss Pass that helped us in boarding any train, bus, Metro or cruise for free. Swiss pass also helped us in using a few facilities with discounted rates. We were provided with a list of precautions, items (Goggle, raincoat/umbrella, woolen, snow boots, torch, international charger, medicine etc.) to be carried. We were briefed with important points for emergencies along with multiple emergency numbers and provided with pre-booked travel insurance. We were asked to study the full travel plan in detail before the visit and all our doubts were cleared before the trip.Our travel advisor was in constant touch with us through WhatsApp with regular update. He even informed before-hand about cancellation of one cruise trip in Paris due to weather. He requested us to see if any other cruise is there and he will refund the money. He called after our arrival and we got our money back without any follow-up.Before our booking we were upgraded/booked in Emirates for a very small extra cost (~4k). It helped us saving some time and service of Emirate is far better. Not only they booked the trip, they helped us in getting currency (Euro) in all denomination, Forex Card and international SIM without any extra cost at our home. It saved a lot of time and money as rates are very high at airports. They helped us in getting our VISA which is really helpful as all our papers were prepared by their team and thoroughly checked by an independent consultant.Before finalizing HideAways we did contacted many players including the bigger names. Booking through HideAway helped us in customization, we could meet or call them directly for any advice or concern rather than call center as with bigger players. Minor changes were easily accommodated with just one phone call rather than mail and typical corporate rant.We finally found a travel advisor whom we can trust.Looking forward for many trips with you.Thank you Nishant and Thank you HideAways!!!
