Issues in this society..1:- Fight between Builder and Society, regarding maintenance. After buying flat here i am stuck in between these two parties.2: Paid them 50K for membership + maintenance charges extra, gym is still closed for all of us because we asked builder to do repairs and he didnt liked it.I am a owner of a flat here and not just a passer-by , so this review is authentic and original.

Bought a 3 bhk flat here paid the complete amount and now facing a hell lot of problems.1) The handel of door is broken.2) While buying flat it was told that in amenities gym and a theatre will be there paid almost 1 lac for these things and right now nothing is open.3) Daily rants between builder and society.Paid for services and right now getting nothing.

It is a newly developed residential area. The location as well as the construction is good. It has recently been inaugurated with a Temple within the park.

Good place and very prompt location as well. Nice option for investment as well as for your own residence. Enough open space around. The place is very near to the main road.

Supervisor tho pade likhe rakh liya karo sab ganwar rakh rakhe hai ek chota barik (tm) 8 fail hai tho dura 12 aur puri building main pani ki problem aur 2 ,3 bhk main water sealing 1 bhk tho pura bekar ground floor design 2,3 floor pura different hai
