Nice bus serviceIndore to Datia ac fare is around 700But return ticket is about 840Bus is well maintained specially 0241 number but the one which is up registered is not that good because there was no charging point active and air conditioning filter was not clean so that suffocating environment in bus was thereOverall this is good choice if you are planning to bool this bus serviceOne thing they should look into that they charged 10 rs per article if you are using luggage compartment

Very bad bus service I have traveled two times and bus get damaged very bad support bus oparator two times bus delayed by 10 hours. My suggestion is plz dont travel by ashok travel in any condition. Very very bad bus service.......

Rough staff behaviour like conductor and cleaner. Cleaner ask for extra money just because of luggage bag tagging. Please never use this operator. Not providing blanket and staff is also arrogant. I am a frequent traveller and can say Ashoka is much better in peoviding services if travelling to gwalior from indore. This is the last time I am travelling from Rai. I might have given zero rating if there is option for same.

Worst experience. Bus left me at neemuch bus stand.where I have gone for freshnedup. I took another bus to reach my bus. After reaching in bus conductor behaviour was too bad. Even though they did not match passanger list of bus before starting the bus. I have booked my ticket from delhi to indore But I lived the bus at jaora due to misbehaviour. I took another bus for Indore. I will never ever prefer this bus again.

Bus was an hour late to pick. Everything else is ok.

Worst Experience Ever, I Took journey from Pune to Indore.One couple with there son was also traveling from same bus.I heard the conversation that their 3 old year son want to pee, her husband told her son to wait till bus stops (Then they gone to sleep).After passengers slept somewhere bus stopped, and cabin members gone for toilet break conductor did not announced anyhting to other passengers for break.She woke up just before bus starts & went near the cabin & told driver to stop bus, Bus Driver saw her but did not listen & started the bus, as cabin door was closed from outside she had to speak through the door. One other passenger was seating at the cabin door, she told him to stop the bus for toilet(after the conversation with driver he gesture the bus will halt soon), till the time her husband came with her son, couple waited for almost 20 minutes (2 more passengers along with me came in waiting for halt). Then her husband told her son to pee at the door as they dont have option & son was crying & drama begins.Driver stopped the bus & started shouting, you should not be doing that Clean the bus, he told driver that thats fine, as his son done that, he will clean it.Her husband said Apke bhi bacche rahenge baiya, samaja karo.Conductor arrogantly said Aulad he nahi hai meriBut driver and conductor started using abusive language. One passenger interrupted & told driver to use proper language, conductor told him to Ghat pe utar dunga,His wife pulled her husband back and driver shut the door.Thank GOD that couple reached their destination safely.Later I come to know that in between Pune to Indore Ghat is actually mountain pass place before Indore where people gets robbed/murdered by locals in night.Its really pathetic to see all this watching helplessly them I feared a lot.Its really shame that our children are not secure.I swear Ill never travel by this bus at all, I will put more money but will not go by this BUS.And Rai Bus Conductor & Driver, GOD will not spear you monsters, you will be paid for your mistakes.And one more thing, Stop smoking bidi when in bus you pathetic monsters.
