SHREEMAYA A.B ROAD : REVIEWLocation and Parking :Parking is valet parking or you can park your car self in a nearby street , the watchmen will guide you ! .Shreemaya AB Road is a landmark property , located on main road with proper entry board signs and diversions on road , it should not be a problem to come here.Customers Review :I have been visiting Shreemaya for more than a decade now , I have not only had dining experience but also staying experience , and also we had one of our family functions here , in the banquet hall .Food is top notch in Shreemaya ,Indore is known for its taste of food , Indorians prefer going Shreemaya/Sayaji from times unknown for dining .Shreemaya has maintained their hospitility from a very long time .Dining here is always a pleasent experience , in any of the ShreemayaYou can dine in Buffet or A-la-carteI would recommend you to skip buffet , as in recent times from past 2 to 3 years , the managment in buffet is very poor .and only in this hotel , i have had buffet in Shreemaya, Madhumilan too , but they have less variety but management of staff was atleast professional .I have tried both Vegetarian and Non Veg dishes and they taste so so good !But they should include more Fish and mushrooms in their menu.I recently visited in March 2021 and their was slight upgrade in menu contents .There are ample safety measures taken in the premises , and Elevator facility for the elderly is present ,While organising a banquet event , if you have guests less than 100 you will be most probably getting the lower hall , and for 200 guests or less upper hall .We had our celebrations in upper hall , though lower hall looks so much better !!But the managment provides you every facility and takes care of all your need.Their is some staff related problem i have observed multiple times , managment should work on it as soon as possible as its an old sustaining problem .I have had no bad experience in terms of DIning /Staying/Organising any event in Shreemaya .I would defiently recommend you to visit here .At weekends there can be waiting .Also try their Thaali , its one of the most economically efficient way to curb your hunger !Well, this was my personal experience with Shreemaya AB Road , Indore .Please like the review if you found it helpful !!

Hotel Shreemaya Residency lies on AB road, Indore. Branch of the main Hotel Shreemaya, Shreemaya chain is one of the best hotel & restaurant chain based in Indore.Serves wonderful Lunch buffet. Also famous for dining. Wonderful Bakery too.They have well equipped restaurant with great ambience. In addition, kids play room to leave your kid to have a wonderful time while you enjoy great food.PS: If not staying with them , Dining or Buffet at the restaurant should be a must.

After lockdown the prices are a bit high and taste is also changed. They took Covid-19 too seriously

Its really a great restaurant in Indore according to ambience and for the quality food. If you have small kid with you then no issue for small kids they have the kid zone. Where your kids will enjoy with other kids together with different stuffs their care taker is also available there at the time of play. Have you ever gotten paid to dine at a restaurant? Well, I have and Shreemaya made that happen. I little bit of background first -- my family and I eat at least once a week at their second-floor restaurant. The service, food and in particular the restaurant manager Mr. Chaudhry and hotel manager Mr. Singh are just exceptional human beings who truly put the customers satisfaction first. In all my global travels I have not found a second restaurant that even comes close to their focus on customer satisfaction and quality of food. -- anyways, back to the story. Two weeks ago after we filled out the feedback form + settled the bill and were on our way home, we received a call from the hotel manager Mr. Singh. The restaurant as part of their process requires everyone that dines there to fill out a feedback form that has a field for a phone number. Mr. Singh had called to let us know we had been overcharged and that the next we would visit the amount would be credited back to us. Now, this is the amazing part. We went back last week and believe it or not without us reminding us the credit was given to us and because the total bill was less than the extra amount charged, we actually walked out with money + were made to feel like we were paid to eat there. Yes I know we still paid for both the meals and that the restaurant did screw it up, but its the way they handled this failure that left a deep positive impression.

Rest you can take by your choice. After getting buffet you can order them as per your choices food and its will get very short time. Food quality and salad quality are very very special ever.

Got a recommendation for lunch for this place while we were in Indore. We were starving so I dont think we can comment on the quality of the food but we enjoyed our meal. Reached a little late and kitchen was about to close but the manager was quite accommodating.

Recently when I visited Hotel shreemaya I found it is one of the finest hotels in indore city with many amenities. The entrance and the reception area interior is just awesome. The buffet facility and the food quality is just mouth watering. In starting price of 525/- per head you can enjoy exotic dishes therein. Service is fast and staff is well managed as well . Parking space for two wheelers is not proper. Over all a must visit place to explore the awesomeness.

I had my wedding organized here and we all had a great time. Guests who flew down to Indore for our wedding from all over the country and world loved the experience. The Hotel offers everything to a business traveller. I enjoyed my stay , it was comfortable , clean and the service was excellent. The resturant offer expensive food but the buffet breakfast is served in variety and delicious. Overall experience was good and I recommend to business travellers. Coffee Shop is a disaster. You walk in & sit down, no one gives a penny. You ask to order, you are directed to the counter for “self service “, there are at least four people hanging on the counter. Mind you, so far no one has offered a menu hence one is supposed to imagine the fare. You finally get the menu & order. Tissues are also non standard- you are not supposed to wipe your faces or carry your own. Just avoidable place if you expect basic service
