Just as the title of the review says, the staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities on offer are good. They have a very good legal section in the library and internet facilities free. Also, they have a good selection of the daily newspapers and the latest magazines. There is a tea/coffee area located on the ground floor, although Ive never used that facility myself. The library itself is centrally located.
