Its covid time , no sanitizer was kept at desk . Even on gate a notice was there stated person is covid 19 positive . Very wrong attitude towards this pandemic . No screening of people was there.

Post office staff got very bad attitude, they always shout on customers and insists the customers to approach private banks. They showed regional discrimination too, he told me i must go to my native place branch and deposit money there only.Branch Manager takes the customers are his personal servants. Deposit form has column for 10 INR and have a option to deposit coins.They initially said they accept 1000 rupees only to if i deposit 10 rupee coins, he gave me form fill it up and refused me deposit coins after standing in the Que for 30 minutes. Counter guy showed regional discrimination, he was keep on telling me i shouldnt come to Indore post office branch as i am not a Indore guy.Branch Manager called me to his office room ,he didnt even show the courtesy and told me to deposit money in Private banks. Branch Manager doesnt behave like a educated person.I wonder why they told me to fill the form if they dont accept coins?why should i go to Branch Managers place, is he Manager for customers?Why form is having a option for coins and 10 INR?If i should go to private banks what is the point of post office account for me?

Too crowded they should appoint more staff and provide proper seating arrangement.Aadhar card enrollment and update can be done here .Lunch time for post office is 1-1:30 PM ( PO will be closed)

Pathetic Service, Rude and Arrogant Staff.I want update my aadhaar card details, So I made a call to this post office landline for asking, what all documents are required for updating the aadhaar card ? . The speaker who picked up the call, Said, Subha 9 baje aana, line me lagna, Token milega, uske baad baat hogi and hung up the phone.Government has to improvise this system, Or atleast hire someone who know how to provide to service customers.

Small area and usually crowed but the staff is very cooperative.

Horrible behavior by the staff.I went to update my aadhar card details and they told the concerned person is not available for 7-8 days..!!What the heck!!Instead they should have appointed someone else in place of him/her.Clearly they were refusing from their duties..
