In late May this year doctor diagnosed cataracts in one eye of my father recovering from Covid19, he told its early stage and needs operation after full recovery within 4 to 6 months. After 2 months when we consult our family eye doctor he clearly told that its a scam, refused the fact that my father is suffering from cataracts. They are just making money in this pandemic. Doctor also forced us to do MRI only in Suyash Hospital for his commission, he threatened us by telling that go only to suyash MRI because they are well trained and if you go elsewhere then others can diagnose positive for mucormycosis (black fungus), we paid 13.5k for MRI in suyash although we can save 5k as Malwa Mri was cheaper. Dont go to this clinic untill it shutdown. Tc.

I went there on 14th January, before going I called and wanted to check the procedure of Lasik Operation. The receptionist was not aware and didnt give proper information, just said that you can visit and doctor will let you know the procedure. I said ok lets try, so I went and they were nice and did all the test.. only Topography test was remaining..Doctor said you can come on 22nd will do the operation after your topography test and its not time consuming, max 10 mins.. I said do it today only, he said no you wore kajal and bcz of that your eye is teary.. so better you will come on that day only, will do before operation..Today I went, but he said no its like there is eyelid infection and better you can take 10 days course and then will check again.. I was very disappointed, I told him if you had such doubt and you knew I wore kajal the first time, so you should have informed me that this may be the case, and you should have given me proper suggestions like what I can do...Or your receptionist should have informed me the first time I called, he should have told me that you need to take precautions and do not wear kajal before coming for checkup..Doctor has so much experience, he should have told me on 14th that come tomorrow I will do topography then will plan, so that if there was anything at all in my eyelids, I took all the necessary precautions and my Operation could happen today..I already did plans accordingly but now my leave was wasted and all other plans that I cancelled.Please people! its a request that you give proper information to your patients when they first call you and ask you about any particular operation 🙏🙏We are very disappointed from the way you took this case..

At times of Corona no hygiene has been maintained. People are made to sit very close. Very compact clinic. Staff doesnt care much who is visiting and all. Forget about appointment time, there is no such thing here. They will hang you unnecessarily in a crowded environment.

Worst hospitality ever seen in this hospitalThey claims I have mature cataract just for my satisfaction I went to other hospitals also they clearly stated that I dont have cataract problem.. there consultnt is lier and horribly horrified us.. He forcefully stated that we must operate as soon as possible or else I can loose my both eyes.. Hospitals are house of daemons now a days... On yhe other hand we patiens totally rely on such doct.Very shamefull I regret for going at such hospital.. I recommend everyone not to go at such hospitals thank you
