I had been wearing spectacles since 12-13 years and since 7-8 years I started using contact lenses.Recently due to constant irritation of specs and lenses, I finally decided to go for Lasik consultation with Dr. Amit Solanki.In my first visit, had a chat with him and he explained the whole lasik procedure. Then I visited for topography tests for further evaluation.On the day of surgery I was really anxious, it lasted for about 20 minutes and during the whole process, Dr. Solanki was speaking to me, explaining me the steps and making sure I was comfortable.On a scale of 1 to 10, the pain was a mild 3 or 4 which I expected to be a lot more. So satisfied that I didnt feel that much discomfort during the surgery.Today its been 1 week and I can see far objects clearly. The feeling is beautiful since it had been a long time that I was using spectacles. I wish I could have gone through the surgery a bit earlier in life.
