I hope you will revert back soon actually I have Redmi K20 Pro which is one of good product of Mi and also Im user of Mi Mix2 from last 2.5 Years.Visited 3 to 4 time service center at Orbil mall Indore they denied for services saying handset is damage but how can it possible as Im so caring about my phone and actual handset is not damage even there is no single scratch on phone and behaviour of front guys are so rude and they dont know how to serve for our customers just asking money in every cases.I also Reverted on there mail but no respond yet .

Good Behaviour from the staff. Got my phone repaired within 1.5 hour. Make sure you reach early here in the store to avoid waiting and save your valuable time. Best thing I found availability of Drinking water. Too crowded even in normal days. You can also prefer repairing center at Shriwardhan Orbit Mall.

What kind of a authorised service centre is this where the approached lady asks the customer itself why the mobile is having an issue. They are supposed to solve the issue regarding the phone and not act blank. How could you be this clueless if a customer has approached you . You guys really need to work on the services you are providing.

Poor service caused damage to my phone didnot solve the blurred camera issue for both rear and front camera.
