Well everything is fine. They have alot options in different appliances and electronics but the payment system isnt good. Their card machines dont work properly.

Shop is good but I found the sales people too lethargic. Have seen many Croma stores pan India but attitude of the sales people need to be more aggressive nd customer oriented. Went to buy mobile but the dismal response forced me to buy from some other shop.

Its an TATA Group franchisee. Croma is a great place for Electronics Shopping. But on a recent visit I found lazy sales team that dont answer queries and promote their products. So I recommend to buy online products via Croma official website.

This Croma showroom have almost all types of electronic items,the staff is polite and respectful but they have less knowledge of the products they sell...,well, it wasnt an issue because the store is still new and itll take time to get settled...

The best part of Croma is non pushy sales team who gives you your own space to explore electronics and not bug you with questions, the sales people are very courteous and knowledgeable. The prices are OK ok not so competitive but depends on product to product, Croma branded products are superb and they have some unique ones too which are superb quality and must check.

Staff is really lazy,No one has intrest to attend the customers ,I wanted to buy three items TV,AC & Speaker but no one is there to attend us ,Every was busy in our thier gossips only.I wont recommend to anyone to visit this branch.

The reason for above rating is my experience at this particular Croma Store, overall Croma is trustworthy and have never faced issues in past. I went to buy a washing machine and I asked and clarified all the available offers thrice ( yes three times) the sales person told me a different offer (on which I decided my payment mode) after card is swiped they tell me that the offer is not valid on this particular product. They are just focused on sales rather than customer service. Please make sure that you clarify the offer before swiping the card. In the end they will just say sorry and your money is gone.

Worst experience of shopping.The sales person were not bothered to attended the customer.They wont ask what are customer requirment they simply say this was in display you can check it.

Well I always trusted the croma and its product but this time I am not satisfied at all. The employees are not so helping and suggesting a real product and let people face difficulties of product and complaints after selling it. Due to lockdown, I kept complaining to an employee with whom I was in contact but he kept ignoring and making excuses. I have also complaint on company site but no response.

Mr Rahul was attending me... I found him very honest n supportive ..all the best to him ... Staff is very dedicated towards their designed position..

This is the only Croma store till Nov 2020. One more is supposed to open in DEC 2020 on Airport road. The location is cool. But also far from the rest of the city. The sales staff is supportive compared other Croma stores experience in Gujarat. You can get most of the electronic items/ home appliances here. Usually of renowned brands with few other options. The same can be checked from the store over phone, if you know the model of product want to buy. This will help to avoid travel as it is far from the other side of the city ( Rajendra Nagar, Sudama Nagar etc.)

Staff is friendly as well as informative. Its a good place to buy for an electronic gadgets from headphones to smart TVs at the best prices available.

Staff was good in talking but they clearly have no idea about the price of goods... I liked a Samsung S10 lite and the person gave me a final price of 33k after discount but on checking the price after discount was 39k...The price is not an issue but incorrect knowledge and sharing it is the issue.I hope other customers would not be facing this problem like I have faced today.
