I took a Mccoy cooler from Gaurav Enterprises. In the beginning they seem very cooperative. He told me that the cooler will be exchanged based on the depreciation rate and you will get 40 percent.Now he is making hell lot of excuses. Pathetic experience and this is a sort of cheating with the customer. I even asked him for the exchange certificate on which he confidently told that We understand our products, dont worry This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. In future I would not recommend them to anyone.In addition for every service including installation home delivery they charge huge amount. They should be generous to customers.

Though the collection is good but prices are on higher side. The owner are nice and friendly.
