If I could, I would give a negative rating to this branch. I am absolutely appalled by this invasion to privacy where you are writing your own reviews under my mothers name! Who and what gives you this permission to do so? Please explain this action of your right away before I move this further to your head office/ legal action.Not only is she absolutely dissatisfied with the services you have provided, but has felt cheated by the packages you have provided in the name of discount. The doctors have been unavailable throughout her time at Kaya and the services have been untimely. To add, I personally visited the center to find out that you dont even have latest equipment and the staff is busy chilling since there is absolutely no visitor. If you cannot take care of the upkeep of the branch, please shut it.

Hii dear kaya team,I am trying to kayas old and new contact number.. but both number is not working.i want to know when will be mine next setting.. my last skin pill setting was on 24th of December..

The former staff - shraddha, kiran were nice . Vinay and Krishnika are doing a good job at present . The atmosphere and ambience of the branch has been spoilt due to continuous screaming and shouting by the branch head over her employees in front of the clients . Definitely creates a bad impression on clients . On multiple visits I have noticed screaming and shouting by the branch head which also spoils the mental peace of clients as well as Kaya therapist .

Very bad experience....I had acne scars everywhere.... They suggested me for skin peeling for which I paid 18000/- today completed my all session but I have still visible scar marks no doubt its faded but as they promised for clear skin results are not the same.On complaining they suggested me for laser treatment. If it would the solution of my problem they should have suggested me earlier.😠😠😠One more disturbing fact was even if I had aaponitment I had to wait one hour for my turn. And this happened with me thrice.Feeling cheated😢😢😢 and I will never recommend this to anybody
