Dr. Mohammad Akheel is the worst person i have ever met . He made fake promises , scared us.. ultimately cheated uss.I got my fathers mouth ulcer diagnosed by him and the surgery failed..Now he is ignoring us...Hey Akheel , Surgeries are not ur cup of tea .TALENTLESS..

The hospital has good infrastructure and  good facilities. It is centrally located. All the doctors are amongst the top doctors of Indore city.Personal attention is given to the patients.The hospital is neat, clean and in hygienic condition.The Sisters, Brothers, and the working staff are helpful and caring. 2 stars less because firstly they should improve on security secondly, I personally felt that the charges are towards the higher side. And lastly the parking space is big but it is occupied by the doctors and the staff and hardly any parking is left for visitors and attendents. I was satisfied with the services. Recommended.

Will sound a little weird, but CHL is indeed my favorite hospital. The staff is cool and affectionate. Great docs., cleaning staff, security, nurses, administration! Although, on a very subtle note, I would like to add that you guys seriously need to do something about your HDU. The waiting room is too small with smaller benches. And, the worse of all, it doesnt have any washroom and the only option we have is to descend two stories and use the toilets at the ground floor or walk to the General Wards. Please, please, please, look into it!!

Very good hospital in view of safety according to epidemic. Hospital followed all safety measures like temperature checking, sanitization, keeping distance. Doctors are accessible, supportive, give proper time to every patient and listen all the problems before treatment. Vaccination for Corona also had separate arrangements. Corona patients and other patients treated separately.

The infrastructure and the doctor team available is one of the best, but the issue being is of the payment. In the times of Covid where we want to avoid all form of direct contact and money being the highest spreader, it would have been really great if there was Google Pay or Paytm accepted. Not everyone carries cash these days. Even the small vendors have QR codes, why not such a big hospital which was even a Covid Hotspot.Even the canteen accepts only cash. This is not something expected from one of the best hospital.

Had the worst experience here.Staff were rude, arrogant or lazy and had a negative attitude. A lack of care and compassion, such as staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable. Staff not keeping patients well informed. Inadequate response to requests or complaints. Long waits before or between appointments, including delays in being moved. The staff is very insensitive and lacks the basic human decency.My Aunt who is suffering from cancer and recently underwent a brain surgery for the removal of tumor has to wait for hours for her MRI despite prior slot booking. The staff was repeatedly informed about her inability to sit for that long and even after repeated requests she was not given a comfortable place to rest and had to sit on the uncomfortable wheelchair for so long. The women recipient at the MRI department even argued/ raised her voice at me after i addressed the condition.Hygiene and cleanesss is pathetic too.

Extremely touched and full of gratitude for the way my Chachaji was treated and cured. Like stories of all others... mine was equally overwhelming and full of gratitude towards the team of CHL... my Chacha Ji was admitted in late in the night as COVID patient and these guys fought for his life endlessly and made him recover totally. Taking care of very minute details and not leaving anything to chance... you guys made him hail and hearty ... there were tears of happiness and hearts filled with gratitude towards the doctors and team of CHL...Personal involvement of owners can be seen specially Mr Rajul Bhargav who was so empathetic. In this hospital, I admitted my brother on 27-08-2020, he stayed in a private room for 3 days, then he was shifted to the general ward, all the staff in the private room were very good but when the shift took place In genral ward, the staff here madly talked to my brother forcibly to wear hospital clothes,& clothes are not his size and told me that this hospital is not your home. Which you will do in your own arbitrary way and forcibly change my brothers clothes, then I said that we are talk to docter sooraj verma Sir, after that you will change, but Madam said what Suraj Verma sir will do, this hospital is not his and he was talking very wrongly, the rest of the hospital and Dr. Suraj Verma is a very good doctor and his treatment is also very good, everything is good, but I pray to the owner and officer of this hospital to explain a little to the staff of the second floor general ward of the hospital and teach them the right way of talking with patient and his family specially teach madam visharwaya and the security staff of second floor of genral ward. Giving 5 stars because only suraj sir he is very good and co-operative person.

My father-in-law was admitted at Mayur Hospital and Research Centre and there was a requirement of MRI test. We tried reaching out to SRL Diagnostics, but were getting an appointment for the next day and due to the pandemic, we wanted it to be done at the earliest so that we could go back home after discussing the findings with the concerned doctor. Dr. Riaz Siddique of Mayur Hospital contacted Dr. Ravi Masand at CHL Hospital and after some persuasion and explaining the gravity of the situation, the latter agreed to accommodate my father-in-laws test the same day.It was for the first time, we entered the hospital. It is massive and quite contemporary in every sense. It had huge parking, but we could not get any parking space as it was all packed. The guards at the side entry gate enquired that what is the reason for entering the hospital. We cited the reason and they let us go inside. There was a dedicated zone where some medical staff members were standing wearing PPE kit and announcing the names, probably for COVID-19 tests.We reached the MRI and CT Scan Department and got a slip instantly post which we made a payment at the cash counter via debit card. It took us around three hours for our turn, but we had no choice. The doctor had to accommodate us somehow, but all the patients were equally important to him and we sincerely appreciated the fact.Anyway, our turn came and I went along with my father-in-law inside the MRI zone. The technician enquired about carrying any metallic object and also the reason for the need of MRI. I explained him the reason based on what the concerned doctor at Mayur Hospital and Research Centre had discussed with us. It seemed it was a new set-up as the MRI machine by GE seemed quite new and so was the room. MRi started and it got over in half-an-hour or less and we received the report in the next few hours. Some staff member called me up to inform that report is ready and can be collected till 8.30 p.m. In fact, the hospital officials were adequately kind to share a soft copy of the report with the concerned doctor at Mayur Hospital and Research Centre.I came to know that CHL Hospital has best of the doctors, both in-house and visiting and also has highly trained nursing staff and housekeeping staff. The security seemed quite strict and the personnel were quite alert. The infrastructure including interiors suggested that huge amount had been invested and a significant amount is invested in its upkeep and maintenance. This may be probably the reason why the hospital charges a premium which makes it fall into the category of a hospital somewhat for haves.It was a nice experience to us and must be a great experience for those who can afford the services. I am certain that the Hospital must be having some provisions of lesser-privileged lot, but it is to be ascertained.Stay safe and stay healthy!

Hospital is ok , but there are wrost security , they misbehaving to patient & his relative . They cant understand the pain of patient family . The security here talks to people like sult, specially the morning security person who stand main gate lift.

Worst hospital of Indore with the only motto to loot patients . During covid times this hospital with the doctor Suraj verma has looted the patients and crossed all limits . This doctor along with Dr Ravi Doshi of Aravindo Hospital & Bhandari Hospital are number one decoits of Indore . Do not ever admit any patient to this hospital . Even hospital like Medanta Indore are cheaper than CHL for covid treatment and provide much better treatment . Any body can varify the rates from hospitals . This is real review . I lost my father due to covid who was admitted to CHL and was under the supervision of Dr Suraj Verma and Dr Ravi Doshi . These are both highly negative doctors and always talk negative. They will always that survival rate of patient is very poor . Even they put patients who do not need hospitalisation into ICU . This is my real experience and each word is full of truth . My mother also tested covid positive but she was not having symptoms. After my fathers demise at CHL we thought to change the hospital and we went to Bhandari Hospital and visited Dr Ravi Doshi . He told that patient is very critical and must be shifted to ICU immediately. We decided otherwise and went to Medanta Imdore . In Medanta we visited Dr Tanmay Joshi . He asked for CT scan . The CT scan report was normal . He told you need not to admit the patient . This is what is happening in Indore Hospital and no body is taking care . Hospital and doctors are looting the patients .

Very bad cheapest and most fraud in mediclaim

It is located in MIG square heart of the city. All means of transport are available. It is a big hospital a seperate unit for cancer patients is also in the campus. Geenaral Ward, Smi Private and Pravate wards are available in the hospital. ICU, ICCU and NICU also exists in the hospital. Casualty and trauma center is also available in the hospital. A canteen is to fulfil the needs of patient as well as their attenders. Centralised oxygen lines are available.

Experienced and professional doctors, but recently I took appointment here and I was asked to do chest X-ray before showing to doctor! Means if we have to visit a doctor for even minor problems we have to get exposed to radiation. If people have to take a mild treatment, they will have to take harmful radiation first. Otherwise, they will not get entry. You better start doing corona test, which give rapid test report rather than exposing people to harmful radiation. Chest x ray is not equivalent to corona test. Then why are you fooling people

A big and famous hospital..... I did here a Magic Show for Emcure Pharmaceuticals for cancer surviving children.

I went for my xray HSG, the procedure is painful but the team and Doctor Neena Somani made my experience really great. I was soo tensed before going for the test but their dedication and expertise are remarkable which made the procedure really easy.

Clean and hygienic hospital.Food is provided for patient which taste good.Rooms give a feeling of hotel rooms.

Doctors and staff is very good but the administration department is not supportive . I was hospitalized for one day but they charged me for 2 days with a maintenaince charges of Rs.3000 for this time period...the admin was giving us excuse that you have applied for mediclaim and that is why it took us so long to process everything and ended after 12 noon so now you have to pay for the next day as well..Is this our problem????.the Doctor has already told the staff @ 8:45 AM to start the discharge procedure... this kind of attiutude from such a renowned hospital was very disappointing..They have mentioned a checkout time of 12:00 noon...So Shall I Checkout without my discharge summary..They are probably running a Hotel rather than a Hospital.It is a failure for your Admin Dept that your patient is not aware of your check in and check out time.Giving 5 stars for doctor and nursing and 0 for administration.

In 2018 August, we had quite a good experience at the orthopedic department at CHL Hospital, Indore.

My experience is in this hospital is quite good and I appreciate Dr. Vinay Bohra (Hematologist), he the best Doctor in his specialization and very co-operative. Only minus point is time management of appointments and social distancing and hygiene not maintain in the hospital.

CHL apollo hospital is really a good place for any treatment required to the illness. They provide best facilities to their patients. Just one thing I see as an improvement is the house keeping staff. House keeping staff is not as good as it should be.

The place is decent as far as medical expertise is concerned, however when it comes to convenience of visitors / Patients, one feels left High and Dry, begins with Parking, which is Non-Existent, for a hospital not to have parking space is beyond imagination.....2. The Lifts are only 2 and take a longtime to wait, again, for the sheer number of capacity, this facility is much wanted.3. There is no learning from the experiences / Observation of Daily commute of Doctors / patients / Visitors, the entry and exits are perpendicular to the ever crowded A.B. Road.Kindly look in to the matter of these convenience factors and at least introduce a Valet parking facility at the least.

Worst waste of money

My father was admitted to this hospital during the pandemic. Dr. Suraj Verma and Dr. Raunaq were very supportive during these times. They were super helpful, very prompt with all details and kept family posted thru the process of recovery.

Cheated a patient in Covid time, wont recommend

3.5 stars. Best doctors in the town and trained staff. Parking is a big problem. A bit expensive, can work on providing better beds for the patient. Lift also seems to be a very slow service. Basically just need to work on infra side to make it perfect hospital.

Hospital is not for service of the need.Demanding non consumables from patients.Equipment must be holding by nursing staff, but every patient has to sold thermometer ?I have recent experience while, I have taken a injury case, about 3:00 am, and found reply from CHL, i.e. you have to come in morning after 10:30,Patient was head injury. Later I have taken to another hospital, where, 25 stitches on fore head and eye ball was crushed. ...Many more case....Not good even in case of emergency. I suggest to people leave it on 3rd priority in case...reply received from u against my post as above, but not satisfied me...Yes I came to emergency, along with patient and I paid fee too, you can check it. And you have not mentioned about thermometer.. which is still with the on duty staff, which was purchased by me, I have invoice of that.....if you really want to serve the people, come forward and show your willingness with proper service, money is not matter always for anyone...

Shabby rooms. Bad housekeeping. Poor service except in ICU. Duty doctors forget to provide life saving drugs timely. Fresh blood called for infusion kept in deep freezer, the staff forget to infuse the same to the patient timely and advises us to arrange to bring the same back to room temperature. Medicines, especially those which are written by other doctors, do not given by the medical store staff sitting inside the hospital. Even in the state of emergency, the medical store attendent speaks that we have medicines but we can give you those medicines only when you spend money on that medicines with prescribed by our doctor at our hospital. I was not helped at 1.30 am, due to which I am very frustrated and unhappy because helping the distressed patient should be the first duty of the hospital administration and not to take advantage of his compulsion. If there was zero star, i would give it too.BAD EXPERIENCE.

Worst medical experience.

Avoid if you have an option. Poor infrastructure, good staff. If you can afford delux or super delux go for it else its not worth it. Private wards in Pediatric care are worse than you can imagine. E.g. none of the door stoppers work, beds make noise, warned out pillows or lenin provided by them. TV channels dont work.

Great Facilities, Brilliant and Experienced doctors. My father is taking treatment from Dr Bhavin Brahm bhatt who is a reputed Nephrologist. He is a nice person and his Assistant Doctor Sunil too. The nursing staff is also cordial. However, lack of experience clearly exhibits, but its not a matter of concern.The biggest problem that arises is faced by attenders i.e. confronting rude and shirking wardboys, who do not pay any heed to the goodwill of the Hospital.I would like to mention that the condition was not so grim when my father was hospitalized in May 2017. But, now, this time, I feel unhappy while paying my bills. The hospital management should take care of such issues.
