Wonderful studio, my 4 year old loved every minute! The teachers truly care about every kid. They help them learn so much more than just dance, like listening, following directions, sharing with friends and manners. My 4 year old has grown so much in just 1 year, even danced on stage *recital* without fear! So impressed with her and the dance teachers!

Paid for my daughter to have hip hop classes all year and 80+ dollars for recital outfit. Once it was time for the recital, we were told there would be four different dates for recitals. Due to COVID-19, there was a limited amount of people that could come and we understood that. However, due to the recitals being broken down into 4 different dates, we assumed it would have more quality and time. The recital lasted a total of one hour. Between dances, the kids were rushed onto stage for the next act. You could hear the dance instructors (including owner) fussing at the kids behind the black curtain btwn acts. We felt it was very distasteful.When it was time for our daughter to dance her hip hop routine, it lasted a total of 2 min. She had one routine and was finished for the rest of the recital. We waited all year and paid great money to see our child dance. However, the hip hop class was alloted one routine. Most recitals have at least 2 routines for their particular class. The ballet and tap classes seemed to take precedent over anything else. I reached out via email to ask about it. I was told that the owner Theresa or Lauren (hip hop instructor) would reach out to me; as they prefer to speak to parents in person to explain. A few weeks pass by and no word. So I emailed again...I then get a response that theyre now on vacation and should be back by the following week. Its now been approximately another 2 weeks that has passed with no word. Poor communication (basically lack of) with this business. I feel like my time dropping/picking up my child from dance all year was a waste; not to mention money down the drain. Im assuming they think by not responding; I would eventually let it go. I decided to not re-enroll my daughter due to this. As a small business owner myself; reputation is everything and word of mouth spreads. I will not recommend this business to anyone who asks.

Great dance studio with awesome ownership and staff!

This little studio is awesome! my daughter is 2 years old, she loves it! classes are constructive and help her exercise learn about God while having fun, feel pretty and confident, make new friends and learn to really dance and tumble. Ms. Teresa is very patient and the class size is about 12 girls with 3 adults. They do great things with the kids, its a blast! the prices are very reasonable and everyone is so nice and considerate. Weve also watched the older girls and the way they preform is amazing. The amount of awards theyve won is also impressive. As a mom and a fan, I recommend this for all ages. My husband and I are looking into ballroom dancing too :) theres something at this studio for everyone. We look forward to it all week. If youre thinking about signing up, I highly recommend them. Just call and they are so helpful to answer any questions you have.

Our daughter has been dancing at Life Moves Dance Studio for two years and continues to grow and learn. They have an exceptional staff of teachers who care about each child and their families by offering adult classes also.
