Females collection is pretty good, but kids collection is very limited. Overall, u get all apparels and footwear for each age group. Also the make-up range is good.

Shop is fine but the experience poor. There was 10% off on HDFC cards but their machine did not accept payments. We tried 2 cards. They are publicising offers but at that time nobody could help rather nobody knew what to do.Finally we purchased a wrist watch and paid thru other card. Surprisingly, we were told that they are not providing gift wrapping. We had to approach billing desk and then out came the wrapping paper !!Finally the desk clerk struggled to wrap it. We told him to spare us the trouble. On inquiry we were told that this is not his job...!!!We are still wondering is it our job to buy from such a store... Extremely dissatisfied.

Be careful... there are lizards in middle of the products.Found 2 on same day.One in the bag section.2nd in the shoe section.Covers all points needed to shop.But the lizards around werent a good surpise

Located on AB Road in Indore this outlet is centrally located and opposite to Gurudwara. On the same building Ginger hotel is there on 5th to 7th Floor. Nice mall but the rates are on higher side and this goes with all the shoppers stop outlets available across Indian cities

Overall it is good but the sales person are not very matured and being a frequent customer of this place. We always feel, the immaturity of sales guys are hampering the stores sale by 20-25% because young guys are in their own swing. Instead of convincing the customers. They hardly take any chances. Moreover, in perfume section, lots of guys are found laughing and joking a, because of which, I restricted my purchase from the store. The store must keep more matured sales people instead of very young age guys, they are spoling your business.

The collection is pretty good and its upto date and trends, however I did find the prices on the higher side. You can find almost all major brands there. The salesmen are pretty helpful and attentive (this was when I visited in weekday in the evening). Overall a good experience for me!👍😁

Shoppers stop is a place where you can most brands for lifestyle purpose. There are wide range of formal wear, footwear, leisurewear, casual wear, wristwear, perfumes, wallets, purses, cosmetics and more for kids adults irrespective of the gender. The FIRST CITIZEN scheme is awesome and sometimes I do shopping just to get points. The customer support during and after shopping is commendable. The staff is supporting and well trained. The one thing I dont like so much is their paper bags which are not so durable and cant hold many clothes for long.
