If you buy one plus with them, the one plus company do not recognise the guarantee. If something happens to your phone that is covered by the guarantee then techrific has to respond. But first you have to send the phone, thus pay shipping and then they take 2 months or so to get it back to you. So over 2 MONTHS without a phone.The phone had a blackout screen, they replaced the screen but 3 weeks after the charger port was not being reached by the charger cable. They didn’t place it back properly when they changed the screen, it was loose. I had to send it back, although the guarantee recently had expired, because it was their mistake they said they would fix it for me. I sent it back and no news during a month, so I emailed them and they had not even checked my phone. Then they said that because I didn’t sent it when they said to, and it’s out of guarantee, they would not fix it. They were the ones that didn’t acknowledge my phone as soon as it arrived and blamed it on me to not fix my phone. It has been a year and they haven’t returned my phone.UNPROFESSIONAL doesn’t even cover it. They wasted my time, could barely use the phone and are not even fixing what they did wrong in the first place!I will not recommend them, I bet the good starring they have are fake, they probably paid for them.
