This is a company with dedicated and committed employees who uphold a professional practice in terms of skills, processes, and good quality control.They are willing to go extra miles to cater for the customer needs, whichever applicable, and to do troubleshooting and to advise customer towards taking good care of their devices.For example, when I was just being there for my IPhone 7 battery change just about their closing hours, however, being considerate at my condition and reason for coming in right before closing, they decided to stay for the next hour to help fixing my battery problem.There is a table with seats and newspaper, which allow customer to sit back and relax while waiting. At my waiting time, I could see how they communicate with their customers.They are friendly and being sincere in giving advice, to discuss and sharing useful information with customers. After my phone battery change completed, I was guided through the checklist and was informed of a few other things that was found and therefore fixed at goodwill, which has no extra cost at all. As a nutshell, apple planet deserves a great applause for their work ethics and systematic approach.

This place is OK, they over charge for the products which you must have already purchased in cheaper price. Also they are good in Indore for purchasing second hand apple laptops.For service part, they are expensive and sometimes service is also very poor. You have to visit again and again for the same work.As they are one of vendor exists in Indore market for Apple lovers so you can trust them. Service quality may go less and you might expect expensive charges for small fix as well.

I cant say enough good things about Manish and Team and this place. They are fast and knowledgeable and friendly, and Ive never had to bring a repair back. Mostly, though, they will always point out all of your best options whether they will make money on them or not. There have been multiple times that I have asked them for an expensive repair and they have pointed out that getting myself a newer laptop (through Apple, not them) would be more cost-effective. The Apple planet Apple Guys has been taking care of my Mac for over five years, always doing a great job for rock bottom prices. This time it was about undoing my reflex action of upgrading to Catalina (DON’T!), which screwed up some of the apps and isn’t such a great product. That’s a long process, so you can take a walk, or enjoy a good espresso on the house. In the meantime, I watched as other clients came and went, some with much more serious issues than mine, which could have cost them hundreds of thousands if they went to the so called “authorized” Apple service partners, and wait days, if not weeks, for their Mac’s. I found this place from google first of all thank you google for finding me this good place Apple planet .I was a bit worried after reading the reviews but I can assure you that Apple planet is doing great job . The battery of my MBA 2011 finally died on me and if you use your Mac everyday, you would know how heartbreaking it was! First place I called was Mac service centre but apparently my model is vintage and they do t have parts. After Googling, I found and called Macstation . They gave me a quote, I met them and I no longer have to buy a new Mac! Im extremely pleased with their service and I would recommend them to anyone. The only unfortunate part is that they also provide instant door to door service which I didnt knew and had to rush to there branch in Indore heavy traffic. But they completed the job in less than half n hour.
