The store sales person has poor knowledge of the products they have and all the products are mainly in their godowns which can only be viewed if you are buying it, I dont like that.My suggestion is that if you want to buy a computer just go ahead and buy it from online mediums like Amazon or Flipkart.The staff was friendly 😄

Very nice staff. I can say that because I got all necessary details of the product which I want to purchase on a single call. Person I talked with was a lady and was nice experience to talk with her.

My experience is not good I have purchased a Dell laptop indpiron 5100 ever since I have purchased the lap top I am facing problem that it doest awakes If I leave it for some time it becomes hot and I have to hard shut down and again it asks for memory scan . It is a regular process I have been updating my system now that I am trying to reach there is no one to contact to.

Worst experience ever (This specific showroom). The sales girl does not have manners to talk to customers and worst has a Egoistic attitude. She try to make you feel that She is doing the toughest job in the world. Very poor customer service.I bought my first Dell Laptop from this very same store back in 2012 but back then It was good. Now when I wants to buy another one, went to the same store and its so bad that I end up purchasing a new one from Dell store located in New Delhi.

Very cold response for Dell and the shop has 2 parts first half HP and towards the end Dell. When I entered I asked for Dell he said go to the last table only these are all HP. It was a lil embarrassing for Dell users 😛
