Lot more has to be done for customer satisfaction. Still the system lacks in delivery commitment, identification of given cloths and quality. The team working seems to un trained and the approach is also non professional. Wish the company may cope up with the lessons they experience.

I wish I can give negative reviews. Worst company and service. Dont give your clothes for wash and dry clean. I gave my winter jacket(worth Rs 4000/-) and these guys lost it. When I called the owner, he didnt talk to me properly and didnt refund my money. Never ever go to these cheaters.

If your dont able to serve your customers . kindly dont make them fool. either improve your services or close your business

Worst service. I have been calling them to pick my clothes for the last 5 days but still they have not shown up. every time I call them they say the man will come to pick laundry but now we know they are just fooling around

I got a tear kurta after dry cleaning.. And when i told them what to do now my heavy kurta was just tear up n i send them pic also their was no response from their side... totally irresposible staff members are their... they only know how they can get money from customer they dont provide good enough services...WORSTEST COMPANY TO MAKE CUSTOMER FOOL...

I never want to do any business with them again. Give your clothes here for dry cleaning and forget that you ever owned them. its been more than a month and i have still not got my trouser back, which by the way they have ruined by now and they have given it for dye now.Pick up and delivery are way too slow.Have to call them multiple times for picking up or delivering clothes.

Delivery timings are poor .... but the quality of cloths are best ......... try to improve the timing also ....

Worst quality of service. No scheduled delivery of clothes and even sometimes 15 days late.They are even less responsible to reply of calls

I have never seen a service worst tahn this.. They keep ur cloths for 7-10 days to rent it out maybe... The guys who will promise to deliver will not take ur call ever and keep routing the cause to one or the other.. When finally delivered, cloths are all tored and had iron marks on whites.. BIG NOOO

Worst Laundry ever, they tore my clothes gave them unwashed too and also stole one of my brothers jacket. Do not give any clothes at there laundry. I wish I could abuse them openly.

I have given more than 100 clothes in a week & saved my quality time. I think this is also an eco friendly solution as the overall process is decreasing usage of water, disposal of chemicals and saving in time. The quality of services is very good and is one of the best initiative at Indore.......... Definitely Promoters of the concept deserve best wishes and lots of blessings from customers like me .... There service was very poor. They dont delivery clothes at time . They dont talk in proper manner to customer.. there weight machine is fake . Plz dont use such a service

This is the worst laundry I have ever seen .I was their first customer. They have ruined my nearly 6-7 clothes , lost one of my jeans.Need to call them 8-10 times for pick up and more no. Of times for the delivery of clothes . Allways gives some fake excuses .I live so near to them , even then also they did not deliver clothes on time ..Its my suggestion for all you people thinking to give your clothes here please never ever give them your clothes otherwise you will end up losing your clothes , or you will not get the clothes as they were before ..!

Worst services no one picks up the phone. My t-shirt got missing, i called them for complaining, they picked up the phone after 20-30 continuous calls and they refuses and said it cant be missing we doesnt have it.
