I used this service when I was moving out of my condo apartment. I had booked a convenient time for me about 10 days ahead only to get an email that they were going to switch my time slot to an earlier one. I had to make changes last minute and cancel brunch with friends. In my booking I asked for them to bring vacuum cleaner and mop. I was charged separately for these items and I was told, the mop would be left for me but that didnt happen. Im only giving 3 stars because one of the 2 cleaners was nice and did a great job. The areas which the second person did was not very clean. It could be better.

These people are extremely professional and they take their job seriously. I had my office cleaned with their company and they were professional and on time. They cleaned the way it was supposed to be. Amazing staff with positive vibes. Rates are reasonable . Will recommend them and in future I am for sure going back to them. Service was provided at ~30% of the expected value.Roommate booked through the website and we split the cost, added 4 extra services on top of the base service: deep clean, oven clean, cabinet clean, fridge clean. Estimated to be 7h.My experience and original review on the quality of the work is documented in great detail in a screenshot below along with pictures taken after the cleaning.Ive decided edit and use this space to break down the the response from the owner bit by bit, because in my opinion its unethical and simply shameless.Immediately off the bat, the owner deflects blame to potentially invalidate the review:I would like to ask which name you have booked your booking under since after a quick investigation, we can not find any booking with your name or any details you have providedIn the second sentence of my review, Ive clearly stated that the booking was done by my roommate, why not just leave it at which name you have booked your booking under? Why make this sound like someone is out to sabotage your business?Then the owner claims they have a 100% customer satisfaction policy:only if you would have contacted us directly and provided a proof that we have failed to meet your expectation1. This is funny because we did contact Orchid directly, about an hour after the cleaning was done. The cleaners were actually very nice, and we wanted to give Orchid a chance to respond first. The response from customer service for not finishing the cleaning was the too much clutter, no time argument Ive cited at the bottom of my original review.Please tell me again about your satisfaction policy if your support team is blaming the customer? Hiring cleaning services to clean? What a concept..Once again deflecting responsibilities, over email privately AND on Google publicly.2. Anyone can see the pictures uploaded, plenty more on top of that in the original email reaching out to customer service. At first, i was confused whether to go with you guys or not. But then i heard that you did an amazing job for my friend and decided to go with your company. I have tried different cleaning companies in past but now i am sticking to you for sure.Honestly I haven’t seen this quality work anywhere, the detailing , attitude of the cleaners and specially so fast response from you guys. From the time we made the first contact to the time we part ways. All we mentioned is is what is needed. Orchid housekeeping knew what we expected. I want to say they didnt just meet the expectations but exceeded it. At a reasonable price too.I wish them all the best and wish if every house keeping service had the same ethics and standards. This time we used them for moving out. But I wish/will use them before moving in next time.

Very nice team but a loooot of details were missed or ignored for the price (around the windows, inside kitchen cabinet doors, anything higher than 6 feet..) so Id recommend their service for heavy duty stuff but not detailed work. I had a clean place already so I expected more. 😅😑

The cleaner missed multiple areas, took much longer than expected, and did not have time to clean the kitchen which was supposed to be included in the service. We had to do a bunch of work ourselves, and organization was horrible. A 5 hour cleaning took more than 7 hours with subpar results. It seemed the it was the first day of the cleaner on the job, as she had no clue what to do or where to clean. Avoid this service...

We had a fantastic experience with Valeria and her team. We required a deep clean of our basement apartment as our previous tenant moved out. They were responsive to our needs and asks with a better than expected outcome.We highly recommend Orchid and look forward to working with them again.
