Misssed the timelines and not at all informing about the delays

Worste experience. Worst staff. Not ready to attend the customer, the staff ignores the customer. Never seen such a behavior from anyone. I got stitched something for which i had gone to take delivery that too second time and still the girl was ignoring me i asked her three times to give my delivery which she was ignoring and at the end she just kept the receipt very rudely and didnt gave any answer that it ws ready or not... nothing she wasnt even moving to get it. Worst service.

I purchased a kurti over which the embroidary of thread was made.i washed the kurti and the embroidery left red colour all over the kurta.very bad experience.never happened this to me before.
