I just loved this mall but some groceries item were Missing and there was to russ and staff bahavior was to good and there was measured taken in cleaning to.And there was too much variety in this mall and collection was to good i just loved to do shopping here and the price was not to expensive

Once Big Bazaar used to be a convenient, economy one stop place for all kind of groceries.... But as soon as Reliance overtook it, the quality, and management is not the same... Offers have increased, but the quality is been compromised to some extent. I have limited my shopping from BB.

Spread in one single floor consisting of everything, from groceries to fashionwear. The staffs were helpful and diligent toward their work. Anyone can shop here with a moderate budget( fashionwear).

Some how i dont like and enjoy Goin to big bazar,, staff shortage makes store look messy... Not just today but every time plus the grocery section stinks like anything ... So i dislike big bazar. 😣

Goods were okay... service was not upto the mark .... people at the billing counter were not at all helpful... tried 2-3 counter as they were all near by... but none of them showed any promptness

Half crazy parking attendants & crazier visitors. I park in a spot with markings, attendants watch me park. After I exit one leisurely walks to me saying I am in the way to next basement & asks me to park in a shady corner, again when I park says I am in the way safety stairs. I park in a third spot, now he wants me to park hugging next car, had to tell him about safe distancing norms. No temperature check for others in car just a click on thermometer is enough without looking.(Guess owner being a politician helps not following rules)

Big Bazaar at TI mall indore is always customer centric. Big space and reasonable price. There are news future group is thinking to sell it. Unfortunately bad management is spoiling awesome ground level employees. All employees are friendly and helpful.
