Worst quality products.....I bought ome bicycle and one battery bike... both are worst...after 3 month they both r not working....worst shop

I specifically asked them to give me the cycle which was packed as i had to gift it to someone. But they sent it without a single packing material and it got scratches over it. I asked them in the showroom too to give a fresh piece which is packed but they ignored.

Good Points :1. Best collection in the area2. I bought and billed one product, I changed my mind during delivery for other product. They got agreed for that. ( price was higher quoted .little)3. Was given delivery date for next week for new cycle choosed.4. Delivery was given early with proper behaviour.Pathetic points :1. Sales executive behavior2. Sales man was not intrested to show inventory properly in my range and just shown few items quickly and then was just roaming around.3. I choosed cycle by looking at some other buyer purchase4. Sales man was using wrong info around accessories ( He was telling that it is charged once n once saying is that these are included )

I had purchased cycle from this place and cycle for my son. They are very kind and wonderful people. Very helpful and have large variety of stock with them.

My Friend one cycle from there shop they charged 14500 Inr and after 15 days i went for the same cycle they quoted me 18000 Inr . These is creep selling means 3000 hike in same model in 15 days. Making fools out of people unethically looting people’s.

Uncooperative behaviour, if u want to buy a cycle from them which isnt there in their store, they will charge you the booking amount then will neither inform u about the consignment details not will inform u about the delivery date. In short, they will make u believe that there is no such thing called customer service. In short, buying a trek bicycle from them is a tiresome task.God bless you.All the v best!!!

Vijay Nagar branch - Rude, unprofessional and ungrateful staff and owners. I had an aweful experience today. I started facing exactly same issue just after a few days for which I gave my bike to service so I took my bike again to get it checked. Instead of helping and understanding issue I was facing, the manager started telling me that they are doing a favour to fix basic things like air and handle settings. He told me to not come to them post service issues.. It was last time I stepped their shop.. pathetic behaviour.... I would never recommend anyone to go to them for any service or purchase....

On purchasing time they told to provide all services but when we need they have much accuses and ignored to help us.

Visited this store. My impression: 1. Overcrowded-Covid 19 protocols are not being followed 2. Inexperienced staff 3. Inventory management not proper 4. Profit takes priority here 5. Tried to sell a bike to me telling its german engineered when in fact it had not that level of refinement. Fortunately i am well versed with the bike technicalities. I would prefer The cycle world. Another store with almost similar name located near mangal city.

Bad experience after buy new cycle bcoz tyre was not comes in warranty every body knows.But if the tyre manufacturing defect by company should be replace.I purchase one month ago Firefox diablo cycle. After 17 days I seen the tyre and the tyre was approx 2 feet heavy worn out that was the manufacturing defect. I told about that to cycle world. He says to me your kids skidding regularly to cycles therefore the tyres worn out but this is not true .Our son only five years he can not skididing.Do not go for for cycle.

Bought a cycle yesterday and the brake and chain broke in this morning when I drove it the first time. Terrible product and they are making excuses now.

They may have a huge stock of cycles but they are dishonest in dealing. They took advance from me but dint kept their promise. Denied to sell cycle at the agreed price, thinking to sell the same to other buyer at a higher price. Against the principles of fair business practices.

Bought a front cycle for 21k from them it’s been 15 days they are not giving the bill went and asked many times but they deny also asked for servicing to which they said there is a corona positive case among them and they cannot repair it but the store is open - No social distancing rules are being followed. Store is full of people and looks like they want everyone to get ill.

It was nice visiting this place has a variety of cycles still got confused!

Very poor experience I purchased a new cycle Firefox karma of 17000 rs just before a week in my cycle very carelessly they joined a carrier and just finish the sear adjustments and even bottle stand is not fitted properly after calling them everything a new person is picking phone and till now my cycle is not on raid. No one is responsible there for service to the customers

Good for shopping but bad for repairing/servicing. They asked me to bring my cycle for servicing after 3 months, and so I did. They changed a lot of parts, and the change was not required by the way. And they put down bad parts that have already worn out after a couple of months.They are ripping us off. Avoid at all costs.

I went there for my cycle service but they take very much time to repair and on delivery day they take minimum half hour to take out the cycle so according to me this just waste of time.

Done the purchase of my first bicycle after, if I roughly remeber after my school days. Really happy though as the staff and people at this place are helpful and full of gratitude.
