Out side food is not allowed. Plates be charge hai, water ka charge hai, staff is not good as much, 207 room in ac onwords water is comming, is not food to stay here 2days.1 day ni comfortable to stay here.

The location of hotel is very good and looks quite beautiful from outside. The hotel staff is great and will help you to get the everything that they provide you. Only problem is with the room size as the room size is very less as per the standards. But the amenities they provide are more than enough. In terms of price, the price for which I get this hotel is very less as compared to the similar hotels. Allover I got the great stay there.

I was giving one star only because there ‘a nothing below it.I booked online for this hotel and after I checked in the manager knocked my door and asked for extra 1000 because I booked for a cheaper rate or else asked me to leave and even denied me a receipt and when I raised a complaint they lied about taking extra money.Worst staff I’ve ever stayed.Manager’s disgusting.Overpriced food.Breakfast after 10:30amVery very worst

I think they should improve and they will improve.Coz they charge the Room rent including BreakFast but refuse to serve breakfast at all. (Coz that is already included, and they will get no extra money for the same)If you ask for Lunch, that is available because they will charge extra for that.They dont get the rooms cleaned, while you stay, If you stay for 4 days, You ll have to do the house keeping by yourself.They have Wifi but No Internet.They have TV but No DTH recharge.It is an Oyo Property, But they insist on Direct bookings, and Of you dont do direct booking and go through Oyo, they get upset.Most Importantly, It takes 2 Hours for the Air Conditioner to get in Action, 2 Hours for Ac to Cool your room.All in All, Good Property, But not very good Management.

Room was good, but they need to improve on services. No hot water available, WiFi wasnt working, TV didnt work, informed reception about these but nobody came to fix these up. Ordered my tea in the morning, but didnt receive. Had to call up again. They really need improvement on service management. If they improve it, they will be doing good business.

Overall service is good but no ventilation, rooms are very small, only one towel they provide and every day we have to ask for second. No ro water available always we have to purchase. Only once soap and shampoo they provides. Overall experience is not good. But ok. Not recommended unless rooms available.

Good hotel. Do try if you are used to OYO like me. Dont expect too much. Just like a typical OYO. Choose your room carefully because not everyone room is alike. Some has more facilities than others.

Hotel is located at outskirt of city, not any mean for transport other than personal vehicle. You can get good n budget hotel just opposite to Bombay hospital at this locality better than this. So my suggestion is to avoid booking at these hotel as privacy n security is at your risk.

Gud hotel to stay in Indore staff behaviour is also very gud hotel is in main road but almost 1.5km from bombay hospital just bit on a outskirt of Indore but overall hotel is goodeconomical hotel in the Indore with gud room

Its decent place for staying. Appropriate for exam purpose if your center is Ion Digital, Dewas Naka. Friendly staff, small budget rooms.

Stay away from this place. Terrible. Room was dirty and was not as shown on booking. No OYO Kit was provided and bathroom was not clean as well. Further, there was a power outage and they did not turn back up on. After 60 minutes had to ask multiple times to turn it on, to which hotel management replies that you are the only guest, why dont you wait for outage to be over? Do not stay at this place, your money is safe elsewhere.

Unhygienic ambience. Room had many kinds of insects especially cockroaches. All in all not good to stay. The rooms are smelly too.

Worst experience ever. I booked this hotel through OYO app. After watching very nice pictures from OYO I thought OYO has a brand but everything was different including rooms and service. The room inside is in very bad condition plus the furniture and paint. I book this hotel for 1 day for 6 people (My family) so I booked extra bed which was charged separately but at night when I asked them for bed they gave me cheap quality mattress(The one which is used in small town marriages) . Washrooms are too small. Plus the staff members they dont even knock the room first before entering.The mosquito s were bitting me like hell so I asked them for mosquito coil after 15-20 mins he bought one that too the stand was not present. In the morning when my family members went in washroom the tap water was finished and they have to wait in the washroom for 15-20 mins for the water to flow. This was limit. Toiletry kit was also not present.I asked OYO customer support for help but they said me that for good will they will give me 500 off on this booking but for that I need to close thus report and cannot forward it to ground level verification. Iwas like what the hell I am not doing all this to get compensation ! When I refused to take the compensation they forwarded my concern to the ground depart ment and told me that I will get callat morning. This OYO people can only make fake promises never ever believe them ! Again I didnt received any call from ground verification team.so I called the customer support again and they said me I need to contact OYO captain. So when I called OYO captain his number was switched off. Again I called customer support for help so she told me that she is contacting the property manager and put my call on hold for about 45 mins I didnt received any word from her.I have attached all the pictures as a proof to each and every word which I have written here.Guys please dont book this hotel through any app. The rating which you are watching on OYO is like they are giving 50 INR off if you are giving them 5 star rating. So please dont book coz of ratings. Please read the reviews on Google. Also dont bring your family here this is not the right place. In this much budget you will find more better hotel than this in Indore. And yes I dont trust this OYO now !!!! Not worth of a single start also !!!!!

Hotel staff was coperative but the facilities were not upto the mark, door handle was broken, only hot water was there for bathing, fan was not working properly and ACs were cooling at 22°C even at 16°C. But hotel staff changed our room....and also they havent changed towels....I used single towel for 2 days

Not too much satisfy their are too much termites on beds and on washroom a lot of cockroaches my soul mate screamed at mid night and their no any good to do bad exp have got yet ac was on but not working and the geaser was worst ever seen one tap provide water and another one provide too much cold wateras a couple it was best but not too much but be aware from cockroaches

The bed linen was greasy and there were cockroaches on the floors. The rooms were crammed with no ventilation. The hotel staff was not very responsive.
